I had to change rooms because my first room I didn’t like the smell and the smell in the hallways wasn’t so pleasant. Kinda like old carpet or something but outside of the smell everything else was really good especially the location.

The best thing about this hotel was teh customer service from the staff, from reception to wait staff in the restaurant to cleaning crews and beyond. Everyone that I came into contact with was incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Everything worked very well from the internet to the TV (with plenty of channels in multiple languages) and the kitchenette. Also there is plenty of spacious car parking available.

Location, clean , friendly Just 1 small bottle of water for a family. We called them for to send water when we were out the hotel but they didn’t ( we had a credit card deposit in the reception)
