Nothing The rooms were unhygienic and smell in the entire hotel was super disgusting they play music along the pool the whole night make it impossible for the people to sleep when we entered the room it fwkt was somwbosy just used it there were empty boxes of snack and the towel was unfolded hair on the bed overall the most worst hotel

Nothing There was no Internet in room 503 or on the 5th floor at all. The shower was a terrible disaster. It did not runnl properly and water only came from one side. Shower head was badly damaged.

Great location… pretty central. Is hot and the air conditioner was not ready to handle that heat. I spend most my night in a warm room..

nothing. This hotel is sub-par and dirty. Our bed had torn frames and everything was dirty. Everything. I felt dirty here and very unsafe. The door locks were rickety and looked like someone had busted through the lock.

The card to open door's room didn't work, i was helping twice by the staff.

The only positive point I can mention is the kindness and friendliness of the receptionists, who were genuinely polite and welcoming despite the overall poor conditions. 1-DOUBLE PAYMENT Despite having already paid for my reservation on Booking.com, the hotel asked me to pay again for my room upon arrival. I have never experienced anything like this! 2-DIRTY HOTEL The rooms were very dirty. The photos on the website are completely misleading. 3- DEPLORABLE SERVICE The staff provided no solution to any of these issues and simply told me to contact Booking.com myself. 4-NO MEALS PROVIDED No dinner was available upon my arrival in the evening. Worse, I had to leave at 5:30am to catch my flight and there was absolutely nothing available for breakfast — not even a coffee or a sandwich to go. In France, even 2 and 3-star hotels prepare breakfast as early as 4:00am, knowing that travelers may have very early departures. This basic service was completely absent here. I strongly advise all travelers to avoid this establishment. Do not waste your money and time as I did!"

the breakfast service was excellent, offering a very satisfactory experience. Additionally, the housekeeping service was of high quality, and the cleanliness of the room was well maintained throughout the stay. The room amenities were also satisfactory, particularly when considered in relation to the price paid. The pool area, which is a key space for family enjoyment, is operated by an external concessionaire. This significantly limits its availability, as much of the space is occupied and controlled by this operator, restricting access and diminishing the experience expected by hotel guests. Additionally, there were inconveniences regarding access to dining options inside the Hotel for guests travelling with minors as was my case. Additionally the general atmosphere during the night was excessively noisy making it difficult to rest.

I requested a towel and a toilet roll at 5 PM, they said I should receive them in 5 minutes, and I did not receive them. However, at 11:15 PM I heard somebody was forcing open the door several time and we were sleeping, we're all being scared.
