Front desk ladies not welcoming, not helpful at all! Shower area could be better detailed and unfortunately nobody informed me about the pool been out of service! Neither booking.com or staff from El embajador informed me about it and as you understand when you go on vacation to the Caribbean pool it's very much need it!

Very relaxing, great breakfast buffet and everything I was expecting for a hotel at this level.

I like everything at the property What I didn’t Like was the check-in, I called the property ahead of time (3 days) to tell them what time we were arriving and if we can have an early check-in, the person on the phone told me that for 12 dollars we could, but when we arrived they told me they didn’t have the suite and they didn’t know when I could get one,finally 2 hours later we got our room. Very nice room and very nice people work there.

The property was impeccably clean, creating a refreshing atmosphere. The staff were not only welcoming but also incredibly helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. I would have enjoyed having music in the pool area, as it would have enhanced the ambiance. Additionally, the presence of only one staff member in that area was not particularly pleasant. However, aside from these points, my overall experience at the hotel was excellent.

Friendly and welcoming staff, attentive, respectful and quick. Bathroom sinks tends to produce a foul odor. Should be maintained / cleaned periodically.

The hotel overall is very nice, the rooms are impeccable.. The staff is super friendly and very helpful in anything you may need. Breakfast,lunch and dinner was always perfect. Food always very fresh.
