Spacious rooms, quality breakfast but very limited. A matter of preparation and inspection. Very disappointing, the beds are not clean. Large clumps of black hair in even two different beds. We took photos as proof. We found this very unappetizing. The sheets were used and also unironed, so not changed, and the pillows were also unclean. The remote control batteries did not work, so you have to watch without the remote control. When you come with three people, you only find two towels. This can be prevented with good management.

The rooms are great and super clean. Included good breakfast was also a plus for a nice start of your morning. The property has a disco on the top floor and when you arrive at night you have to struggle for a parking space in both of my nights it was completely full and had to leave my keys with a staff not a vallet to park it when ever that chance came. Also the crowd control in front of the lobby is not good and you have to go thru bouncers and drunk people to get by the lobby entrance. They should find a way to make another entrance for the disco and fix the second elevator and leave one only for guest also respect the parking spaces for guest.

The breakfast was pretty good This wasn't quality, it was comprable to a motel 6. The big problem was THEY OVER CHARGED ME. BY 1500 PESOS. THAT IS NOT OK. and no it wasn't that I hadn't taken into consideration the tax,

Hotel is always clean with good breakfast. Safe for tourist. Parking is normal good at night. guests need reserved parking. Club Patrons cause an issue at night. We arrived after dinner with no where to park.

Location was excellent. Near most of the big attractions. A 10 to 15 minutes ride from zona colonial. Breakfast was good. Water bottles were free. There's a small casino next to the hotel. There's a club on the top floor although I didn't get to go. Overall I had a good stay. I can definitely see myself going back there . Hotel is on a busy street so it can be very noisy. In addition, when people are coming out of the casino or the club, they can be very loud. Not sure if it was just my room but the shower was a real nuisance. It's a walk-in shower with half glass door so no matter how careful you are, the bathroom floor will get flooded. Design flaws? Maybe. Pillows had yellow stains and did not have protective covers, just the pillow case. Wish staff spoke a little English to facilitate communication.
