The property was at a nice quiet location close to downtown. There was no hot water.

No CC payments at night allowed, no courtesy, no explanations of anything unless I asked. Next day, the lady at the Front tried arguing with me stating consistently that breakfast was not included for me when it was (part of the booking when I took the hotel, and part of my Genius 3 benefits, and explained by the nught clerk, of course, after I asked). No feet or hand towels, no hot water.

I had to pay in cash, no card accepted!!! Then my 2 dollar bills were discriminated as myself too as per they are used only there where I come from, literally from hotel owner. There were no cleaning lady for my room, no bed making, no change of sheets or towels, nothing in a 3 days stay. Breakfast was a fusion concept, 1 scrambled egg, 1 piece of oily bread and 1 undetectable juice on the rocks. They need a new owner. Lastly and more important, there were no TV service nor WiFi during my 3 days stay. In these times... Booking deserves better partners.

The staff was not professional I booked a room 10 days in advance when I arrive at the hotel for them to tell there's no room available and took almost 2h trying to find another hotel for me
