A great place to stay when visiting Pisa and Riomaggiore. Spacious room with everything you need, good quality internet, convenient parking nearby. Very friendly and hospitable hostess. We had a very late check in, they waited for us and met us. The room was very warm. Special thanks for the delicious Easter sweets.

We loved everything about this place! The host was really friendly and helpful! Bed was comfy, everything properly clean and quiet! we found good coffee place close by, location was great for walking and shoping. Good restaurants and cute little town! We had a great view to the town and the little river from our bedroom. ❤️ That was not up to our host, but we would want to mention about heating situation. Becouse we were staying in rainy and colder season, we would off loved to have abit more heating than they can provide, becouse we came back soaking wet. Apparently by new law they can't put heating higher than 20 ⁰C. Its not fault of the host afcourse, they also do not approve this new law. We have couple of advices to make the stay more convenient for future costumers. 1. The ramp (way to get to the room) should have antislip surface, becouse tiles were abit slippery even for hiking shoes. 2. We were missing couple of glasses in the room. (But bcz we stayed only for one night, we didn't want to bother our host late in the evening, otherwise, they would off solve this quickly, i belive).

Very amicable and helpful host, Elisa. Comfortable and clean room. Strong Wifi. Cosy neighbourhood. Can travel to Cinque5Terre by train. Walking 10min to the Stefano station. Limited Food choices. But you can get delivery food.

The price were good, the rooms were clean and the location is perfect if you are in transit between cities. Everything was OK.

Cosy loft conveniently located close to a shopping centre, train station and town centre and yet in a very quiet area. Lovely view from the balcony. Staff responded very quickly to any query and were exceptionally attentive and considerate. Recommended.

Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. Although the bathroom was separate from the room, we were aware of this beforehand, so it wasn't a major inconvenience for us. However, it's worth noting for future guests. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near La Spezia but away from the city hustle. It's a nice location with a perfect host who made our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely suggest it to others seeking a peaceful accommodation option.

Very reasonably priced, everything was spotless, self check in was so easy and convenient, calm, great location for visiting le cinq terres and Pisa, the owner gave us a list of local restaurants which were really good and great value for money. Highly recommend ?
