The property felt an oasis in the middle of the busy city. Quiet, sophisticated and great for couples. Did get to experience everything due to weather but there are no complaints.

Spent my honeymoon here and it was such an excellent stay. The hotel amenities were top notch, delicious meals and breakfast (my personal fav is Jackfruit Creme Brulee), and free shuttle around Sanur area with the latest 5star EV transport. The staff were very attentive to your request and always smiling. Well done, keep it up! Terima kasih. Nothing.

The room was incredible, it had everything you could need, the restaurant was also delicious and well priced. The pool could do with a clean, but it was still very nice

From the moment I arrived the care and service that was provided was amazing. Jeje and the other staff members were so attentive, friendly and helpful :) the room was stunning and had so many amazing features and facilities. All explained so well to me. I was recommended the spa and had a wonderful massage. Breakfast was also beautifully served and the staff and the restaurant very friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return to seascape! I stayed here as I was getting a boat to an island the next day and the location for this was perfect. Just a note - The room was spotlessly clean and the bedding had the freshest, clean linen smell with big comfy pillows, also loved the generous check out time, more time in the comfy bed! Thank you again!

We had a lovely, albeit way too short, stay at Seascape Sanur. It was my fiancée’s birthday and the staff, including restaurant, went above and beyond. Special mention to Dina for wonderful hospitality. Such a memorable stay for us ❤️❤️ We enjoyed the restaurant twice as it was truly outstanding. The team even made a sushi cake with decoration for Madonna. So kind and thoughtful.

Too hard to get to beach.

The room and surrounds were beautiful! We only stayed 1 night but it was such a great place to spend it! All of the staff were so lovely and friendly.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Seascape Hotel. Despite marketing itself as a luxury hotel, it falls short in almost every aspect—from design to service to food. - Inconvenient Location: The hotel is neither close to the beach nor the town. You could see the beach in the horizon, but it’s definitely not walking distance. There is nothing to do around the hotel either; and the shuttle to town seems always unavailable. - Unpleasant Atmosphere, Poorly Thought-Out Design & Hygiene Issues: The lobby had a terrible smell—a mix of cheap toilet spray and poo, which made it an unpleasant place to be. Adding to the discomfort, there were random noisy people sitting in the tiny lobby, who did not seem to be staff or guests, making the space feel even less welcoming. We appreciated the hotel’s attempt to create a modern experience with Alexa-controlled features, and a projector instead of a TV, but the execution was poor. There was no proper seating area to watch shows, making the projector setup pointless. Additionally, the bed was upstairs but had no handrails, which made it extremely difficult for my partner, who has knee issues, to go up and down safely. Basic accessibility and functionality were clearly overlooked in the design. The towels also smelled bad, which was shocking for a hotel with this price range. - Disappointing Food & Uncomfortable Dining Experience: The only restaurant in the hotel is Japanese-themed and has no air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot. Given the climate, we’re not sure how fresh sushi can survive in such an environment. This is where they serve a la carte breakfast as well, and you have to order with the staff a day before. Not only this, staff kept interrupting us during breakfast to ask for our room number multiple times, as if they had no proper system in place.

The location is nice and the room was well equipped. Multiple things broke during our 4 nights stay: projector and water dispenser. Also the smell of the towels and the robe was unpleasant. The staff were not bad but were also not very flexible. For instance, we needed to get the breakfast 20mins later than the actual time, they refused. Also, on our first day we asked for recommendations for a good open buffet in the neighbourhood, they said that they will send us recommendations over whatsapp but they did not do that.

The rooms were absolutely breathtaking, with great attention to detail and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty, offering impeccable service throughout our stay. Is definetly worth to mention the japanese restaurant in the hotel, where the food was absolutely delicious, and to the professionality of the massage terapists. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Bali! In my opinion the choice of the spirits in the bar can be improved. I would have like more choice
