It was very well located on the Nura Rai Bypass. & Hang Tuah There was a constant machinery grinding noise at night that was just loud enough to be annoying

The room, linens and towels are not clean. When I asked for the linens be replaced, the housekeeping staff seemed angry. The three staff that we met when checked in were not so friendly, unlike all the other stays we had. The check-in staff even made me pay upon arrival. When I checked the app, I saw that I already paid, so I asked for a refund, upon checking, he admitted that he was at fault because he just followed the previous shift's staff's notes and didn't check their computer records and promised that they will refund the duplicate payment the next day at checkout and inform the next receptionist. Upon checking out, it turned out that the next shift staff was not informed. At first, the staff on duty kept on insisting that I didn't pay online. I reiterated that the previous shift staff already checked and asked him to check again, and it took us minutes going back and forth with the conversation before the said staff checked the computer and agreed we already paid. Didn't even receive an apology from him unlike the previous staff.

Pool usage for our son, housekeeping daily and very accommodating.on special requests Cleaned grounds and pool daily or more.! Ease of parking, We had small room but if just a bit bigger

The room was terrible, the AC was beeping uncontrollably the whole night and we were not even able to turn it off, there was make up on the pillows and the bedsheets were incredibly dirty, the bathroom was filthy.

It is near the harbor. Nothing.

Well located, 10mn away from The pier (convenient to take a boat). Next to a big road difficult to cross with the traffic (and noisy). There is not much around.

The suite rooms were large. The property was surprisingly quiet for its location. It was in a location we needed. It’s pretty bare bones and our room had an odd smell.

Location is great. Quick walk to Sanur Harbour Kind of dirty, different types of stains everywhere Needs maintenance and better cleaning

Filthy hotel! Firstly, the beds have never been changed, left over food in the fridge, dirt/sand all over the floors, all in all complete mess. We arrived at 2am, if it wasn’t for this we would have moved hotels. Tin roof + heavy rain = no sleep. Air conditioning worked but made the room smell even more.
