Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur - Bali

Excellent location close to the harbour. Lovely pool, good rooms, super comfy bed, friendly staff, awesome buffet breakfast. Walking distance to beach, cafes and the ferry's. Would stay again and would def recommend.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fabulous, whilst being very dated the rooms and linen were clean and the personal notes and towel animal art from our room cleaner EKA was very much appreciated, we did have to request a mattress change and an extra pillow though lack of friendliness of the staff staff in the restaurant were mostly trainees, whilst this is not a problem in principle the lack of support or supervision of the trainees was very obvious. The 2 boy egg chefs were using the same utensils across all of the ingredient inputs, a spoon in each of the dishes would have fixed this, the same spatula was used to cook everyone's breakfast, this should have been at least rinsed in between cooks, I requested mushrooms and onion in my egg and ended up with 2 squares of tomato in it, lucky I am not allergic. The glasses were not cleaned well for the juice station. Pool area does not have a lot of shade when you are in the water and unfortunately one of our younger guests got a bit of sun stroke and was quite unwell Having to pay extra for coffee would not have bothered me usually if the coffee had tasted good!!!! Myself and our coffee drinkers were going across the road to Big Boss and bringing our own coffee to breakfast, we understand this was against hotel rules but we all enjoy a nice coffee.

Great location, only about a 10-minute walk to Semawang Beach. Very innovative elevator buttons that work both by touch and by a proximity sensor. I really liked this hygienic feature. Professional and responsive management. After we reported our concern, the manager reviewed the security camera footage and explained what had happened. Spacious hotel with pleasant facilities. The rooms have sealed windows, so the only way to get fresh air is by opening the room door. A window with a mosquito screen would be a great addition. One night, while we had the door slightly open for ventilation, a security guard opened it without knocking first. Although the manager handled the situation professionally, knocking before opening a guest's door would be a much better practice. The hotel is quite large, so some rooms require a long walk to the restaurant and other facilities. The parking area is uphill from the rooms, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling with a stroller or heavy luggage. The pool area could use more sunbeds, as there are not enough available when the hotel is busy.

We really enjoyed the vast variety of food on offer at the breakfast buffet each morning. The poolside restaurant had quite a large selection of meals available including vegetarian and vegan selections however it would be nice to have some really simple snack options available as you don't always want a full meal. The pool area was lovely, and the hotel gardens were really pretty. Staff were incredibly friendly and service was always with a smile. Loved the paintings hanging on the walls that were for sale. Our Courtyard Pool Access Room was a good size, the bed was pretty comfy, there were tea/coffee facilities, free bottled water, and a small fridge unfortunately there were also issues. We booked a Courtyard Pool Access Room which looks lovely, but it was very damp. We had trouble with our belongings such as a passport/book covers curling from the dampness and I had medication that became damp/mushy and had to be thrown away even though we had the air-conditioning on cool and blowing at the highest fan speed in hopes of drying it out a bit. The chair and the bed in the room felt damp to touch. The courtyard looked nice in the photos but in reality, it looked as though it had been pretty neglected with quite a number of weeds taking over and wasn't really an appealing space.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The hotel exceeded our expectations ? Breakfast was vast & delicious! Great gym.. Padel courts were a blast!!! NOTHING! Not having more days to be there ?

We wish we would have gotten a bigger room on higher floor instead of 2nd floor.

Nice resort hotel. Very comfortable and convenient. Shuttle to grocery store and beach, though its 5 minute walk to beach and takes less time. Pools and pool chairs are nice for swimming and relaxing. Breakfast was great and lots of options. Room cleaned well every day. Super friendly staff. Restaurant was good for dinner. Laundry was expensive, was way less to take to laundromat less than five minutes away.

Exceeded expectations. Thought it was just a small city hotel but it was actually a very nice resort with landscape gardens. Breakfast was fantastic and service top notched. In an extremely good location where you can easily walk to Sanur Beach and its many restaurants there. Loved their spa massages too. Room was beautiful and spacious too with good bedding. Nothing.

breakfast good, hotel spotless clean, staff friendly, pool ok, aircon great my laptop tried to login to wifi , but Norton blocked home page as "dangerous malicious website". Hotel is very large , I didnt realise how big it is.

There are no major things that we didnt like.

As a vegetarian, the options were limited. Although there were few vegetarian options, we got bored eating same food every day.

Each time we stay at Prime Plaza Hotel,the standard is consistently superior with 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ service and competence by each and every staff member.From arrival to check out, it's cheerfully personalized and a joy to be a guest.The breakfast is hearty and delicious and only the very freshest ingredients,lovingly cooked by talented chefs is presented in the delightful surrounds.Very well managed,we thank you all.

The hotel is huge but facilities are old and need renovation. Location is fine, walking distance to the beach. But I’ve realised I could get a better option money wise. I liked sauna and gym area more less but also all machines in the gym are super old. Windows couldn’t be opened, smelly dirty ambiance in the rooms. Hotel is like that family all in resort with lots of smokers in the lobby. Wasn’t my vibe at all.

We couldn't change the Air-conditioning temperature. And some elevators didn't worked.

The location very easy to go anywhere. My husband like the gym room. Every day he always go to gym. He said the gym room better than hyatt bali.
