Beautiful clean and good Bali vibe

We only stayed one night in order to be close to Sanur ferry port. The room was great - spacious and clean! Buffet style breakfast is at 7am, but they will also cook eggs for you. The staff were wonderful too. We wanted to pack light for our overnight trip to Nusa Penida. The hotel allowed us store our luggage with them while we were away. Wonderful stay overall! Nothing

Close to the beach & Icon Bali Mall Check-Out Experience – Extremely Disappointing The staff were very warm and welcoming during check-in, but unfortunately the experience during check-out showed a completely different side of the hotel and its staff. Firstly, it is very unprofessional to speak in another language between staff members while guests are standing there waiting for answers. It creates discomfort and makes guests feel excluded. We accidentally spilled some food on the bed cover during our stay. Yes, travelling with two kids means accidents can happen. The hotel initially tried to charge us 960K IDR (around AUD $85) for the bed cover, and later reduced it to 480K IDR as a so-called “discount.” At the same time, staff seemed extremely focused on finding any possible fault or missing item in the room to add extra charges. There was also no hot water for almost two hours one morning. In addition, the beef skewer we ordered for dinner was extremely tough and difficult to chew. When we raised the issue, staff blamed the quality of the meat and simply offered another skewer, which we declined. During check-out, we overheard staff discussing that two spoons were missing and they appeared ready to add that to our bill as well. We had booked three rooms for our family and had paid approx 3.7Mil IDR. We certainly did not travel all the way from Brisbane to Bali to steal two golden spoons. The entire check-out experience felt hostile and accusatory. Since we were already being charged for the bed cover anyway, we decided to take it with us instead of leaving it behind. Ironically, the food stain came out completely after a single machine wash at home. I am also left wondering whether we were treated this way because of our race or religion. I cannot say for certain, but the treatment certainly felt different and disrespectful. Overall, this was one of the worst check-out experiences we have ever had. We will NEVER RETURN

Kind helpful staff. Had low expectations but everything was surpassed. Multiple pools and very jungle feel inside.

5 min walk to the Sanur port. Cozy, clean, staff amazing. Good breakfast and grill dinner. 2 pools, small but nice. Heard sometimes noise from road, but not bad.

Outstanding large room and premises. Free bike and shuttle. Great buffet breakfast. Beautiful pools. Walking distance from the port makes it very convenient if you take a speed boat to the islands. Very kind and helpful staff. I love everything at Sri Phala.

Great hotel stay for the night prior to heading to ferry to islands. The hotel is clean, staff are lovely and the rooms are very big. We had a deluxe room on the upper floor and that was massive with a nice balcony. Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Two nice pools, decent breakfast included and the meals we had at the restaurant were good as well. Very reasonably priced and good value for money. We were catching the Rocky Fast Ferry the next morning to Lemobongan and the office is approx 200m walk so perfect. Although this is located on the main road it is very quiet and you can't actually hear any road noise once you enter the property. Will definitely stay here again. nothing

Location is excellent. It's 15-20 min leisurely walk to Pelabuhan Sanur, where we departed to Nusa Lembongan. On the way, we passed by the famous Mak Beng restaurant, it was on our must-eat list.
