The location is excellent - we really enjoyed the beautiful grounds and gardens. The pools are lovely - we enjoyed the quieter hotel quest only pool the most. As soon as you step out of the hotel you are on the beach or can walk along the path with no scooters or cars. Close to Bali Icon mall and lots of choices for drinks and dinner. The breakfast had many choices and what you might expect from a buffet breakfast. it is a busy hotel, probably better suited to families that couples but there was little to not like. We arrived a little early and it seemed check in can never be organised earlier, but they looked after our bags until check in time

Location, room size and cleanliness of the entire place. G great pools, facilities and something for everyone. Very hard to fault it.

The staff were great, and theyt always had a smile for you. The location was excellent and the food was great too. The room we had was clean and the gardens were great and the ambience was perfect. The room we had was quite small compared to other bungalos that we seen. Overall still good but if youa re doing work whilts there to that made it tough.

The hotel was everything that we expected. The staff went above & beyond for anything that we needed. The grounds, room & all facilities that we used (Byrd house restaurant, pools) were nothing short of amazing. The buffet breakfast each morning catered all our needs & had so much variety.

The room was a little dated and worn.

Beautiful grounds, pools, location. Really nice staff. A bit outdated but they will soon do a renovation. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Clean modern and a great location!

Beautiful location on the Beachfront Rooms were run down. AC didn’t work, shower leaked.

the beach is amazing but also the pools the pillows could be more comfortable

We were able to leave our luggage for two days and it was very kind of them. I didn't like the breakfasts; the hotel management should pay attention to the cleanliness of the beach.

One of the very first hotels in Bali, huge territory, three swimming pools, a very beautiful restaurant, friendly stuff The beach isn't cleaned, there's a lot of trash. I had to clean up the seaweed and plastic myself once.

The hotel was designed in the traditional Balinese style, the grounds were extensive and the gardens were immaculate and green and the sculptures were superb. The pools were very well designed to fit in with the gardens. The restaurant design was by far the best on the beach front. At night the lighting of the whole grounds was impressive. The service was in all areas was exceptional by the Balinese staff and the included breakfast buffet was well worth the money. The hotel backed directly onto the beach with no roads to cross. Best Hotel ever We felt like we were living in the jungle with such fabulous, mature trees and flowers, everywhere and birds, singing wonderful experience in Bali so glad we got to stay at this hotel. It was like your idealized vision of a nature getaway Breakfast buffet unbelievable so many choices and so beautifully displayed a big property, but you always felt like you were alone on an adventure Highly recommend this hotel. The room is also spectacular wonderful balcony to hear the rain and the birds singing. We Hope to go back after our snorkeling trip to the Gillis Loved everything
