Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Was able to check-in early. TV in lounge and bedroom - both SMART TVs. Bathroom towels disgraceful. No hand towels. No tissues. Would have been nice if cooking facilities were working. Everything existed except the gas.

Aircon was good Two bed lampshades broken, Telephone was fake, stove only there for show. Wasn’t functioning.

Rooms homey, very nicely done. Good shower. Very nice staff. Restaurant food is excellent, maybe the best Nasi Goreng I've had in 30 years coming to Bali! So tasty well done to the chef for all meals I had. That couldn't stay longer!!

The suite was very spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the pool had a beautiful view, the staff were very friendly, the airconditioning worked very well and the food and cocktails were delicious The entrance is not great having to walk down an underground driveway. A sign to say where reception is located is needed. A pool towel in the room would be a good idea and on booking.com it needs to say you can pay by card not just cash only

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned to perfection and I loved the view from the pool. Drinks were delivered up there for me. The room was very big and luxurious. Only 2 minute walk from the beach as well.

The staff were very friendly.. location great . The suite was roomy Had gas burners but no gas to use.. no basic utensils (knives/forks t.towels etc) paid extra $25 aud for a mattress on the floor.

Location and great value Rooms not maintained very well. eg bedroom wardrobe sliding door hard to open/close, curtains falling down, scuff marks on walls. These things can be easily fixed with some attention to detail.
