Even for a short stay, I was very impressed! The location is perfect—right on the street along the beach. The room was lovely and comfortable, and the pool area has a great, relaxing feel. A wonderful place to stay overall.

The location is ideal as it is across the street from the Icon Mall and other restaurants , shops etc . The staff make this property really worthwhile . They are pleasant and very helpful . I have a real problem with hygiene in this property . The kitchen area which serves cooked breakfasts and cut fruit etc is in terrible condition . Rusted fridge , old frying pans and dishes as well as a general dirty mess is really unacceptable and should be totally gutted . The ministry of health would close it . Included in this small cramped area is the so called front desk with the computer for bookings etc . It’s a real mess and an eye sore . The seats in the tiny breakfast area old and chipped , cushions are not clean and generally very untidy .The staff rest area also needs demolishing and better space built for the staff to sit and eat . The owner should really improve this area and build an attractive space for guests arrival and breakfast zone . Maybe move the kitchen elsewhere not in the front .

Nice and quiet Little tiny things Shower floor flooding even after short showers Pool chemicals were a bit off , both kids got horrible rash from it .

Location is good close to many restaurants and to the Icon Mall If it rains heavily, be careful because there is flooding in front of the hotel.

Studio room was very comfortable and clean. It was also surprisingly quiet, but that will vary depending on neighbors. Wifi was good, and breakfast was decent. Many great restaurants and shopping - especially recommend the night market for street food. Access to the beach is not easy, so don't stay here if you plan to use the beach often.

location and staff are awesome bed has a dip in the middle, kind hard on the back and we have to pay for water refill, where at the other hotel we didnt have to.

The king suite is a good sized little studio apartment with a good bathroom, sitting area,and kitchen with fridge and kettle, all under aircon. It’s in a quiet peaceful gang with a nice pool and breakfast included. Only a two minute walk to Bali Icon mall, restaurants, bars, and shops, and 3 minutes to the beach and beach walk restaurants and shops too. Great staff too. So nice and helpful. What more could you need? I will definitely be back. My new first choice in Sanur!!

Great location, right opposite ICON bali and I guess the main street of Sanur. Spacious place, clean, you have a waterjug inside very convenient. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Great for the price.

It was clean, comfortable beds, the staff very friendly and helpful. A nice pool, good free breakfast, and a short walk to nice restaurants and shopping. That I couldn't stay a couple more days!

Location is wonderful, quick walk through Icon Mall and you're at the beach. The size of the room was great with an 18 month old. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Very quiet property away from the busy road! The bed needs replacing, very saggy and made sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small and smelled of mildew.
