The Pavilions Bali was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy Bali hospitality! Having been on an intensive trip in other parts of Indonesia, this was a perfect place to recover and relax. It was exactly what we'd hoped for. Everything was great!

This is not a 5-star hotel as advertised. The facility is dated and does not meet the expectations of a luxury property. We paid $380 for one night, which is an high rate—especially for Asia, and particularly Bali. Unfortunately, this property did not deliver the value that corresponds to the price and pictures they put online The hotel is dated, and the reality does not match the photos shown online. Filters or editing were used to make the property look much newer and more appealing than it actually is. We paid $380 for one night, which is far too much for an old facility like this—especially considering that in Bali, this price typically secures a genuinely luxurious experience. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations

The location is great - a beautiful green oasis in the middle of Sanur Staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful when I made a booking error. The villa was stunning, secluded and beautiful. The restaurant is beautiful and the food fantastic! Cannot fault it!

Brilliant location and exceptional staff. The pool villa is exceptional. Quiet and private. Ad leads you to believe all villas have a pool. They do not. Garden villa does not have pool and has a door in partition which you can essentially join in a conversation with your neighbour..White mould growing in toilet floor.

The accommodation was spacious with its own pool. Breakfast was delivered and was excellent. Daily cleaning including the pool first class. The location is perfect. All staff are friendly and helpful. We haven’t stayed anywhere better hence 10 / 10.

Lovely and helpful staff, very prompt communication through WhatsApp made everything very easy. Big central pool (water very warm later in the day!) and the villa’s were great. Location in the heart of Sanur, close to the beach, made everything very convenient too. -

The Pavilion Sanur establishment is set back from the road. It's quiet and tranquil. The Main pool is qaint and has a bar area where you can order snacks and drinks. Staff are very accommodating. We stayed in the Honeymoon pool villa 21 , it was private and cosy. The bedroom is upstairs and is accessed by a spiral staircase. Toilets are both upstairs and in the main bathroom area downstairs. Breakfast is brought to your room daily at a time of your choice. The spa is really nice, we had Tini and Redy and had a 90min massage which was lovely and well needed. Location is fantastic, eateries and warungs everywhere. Warung Old brick was really nice and cheap , The glasshouse and Over the moon are good choices. Beds need a soft bed topper which would give you a better night sleep. A pod coffee machine would be a bonus.

The rooms is more like a home, very spacious. The private pool was wonderful. Staff were helpful. The location is great for the new shopping mall, beach, ferry port and bars and cafes. Nothing really.

The daily breakfast was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better location - central to everything. All the staff were so friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The TV in the villa was a little bit too small and the couch could have been closer to the TV and a little bit more comfortable. A TV in the bedroom would also be a nice addition.
