Good position. Big rooms and 2 pools Needs a good maintenance clean up. It’s lovely but very dated. Gardens need love. Breakfast is basic but ok

The towels smelt horrible as if they weren't cleaned in a long time. Additionally,, there were lizards in the room, and no readily available and accessible charging point in the room.

It was quiet with 2 lovely pools and giant room/bathroom which were clean. The breakfast was included and was very nice, although it was a little unclear what we could order - a written menu would have been helpful. Whole place needs a refresh. The rooms are big but dark and there was no facility to get hot water for a cup of tea/coffee. Used the bathroom at reception on first and last day and both times it was in a very dirty condition. Much of the pool furniture is damaged and haphazardly arranged and some of the sun umbrellas were in a terrible state, faded and covered in mould. There is an abandoned and unloved feel to the place. I felt the staff were trying but seemed to be lack of funding/love for the place in general.

Big spacious Balinese style accommodation with beautiful garden surrounds. I like how well kept the gardens are. I like how cool the rooms are and I like the 24 hour reception. The staff are always really friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Location, size of room. Great pools. Quiet, mainly due to long stay dutch residents. Good breakfast. Cleaning daily in good time. Awful pillows, like a bag of shingle. Grey sheets, thin towels. Room very tired, wallpaper peeling off. Damp stains on ceiling. Light socket beside bed didnt work. Fridge froze everything but then left us mopping up water twice after power out. Towels smelt mouldy as soon as you used them. Additional 3% charged on payment with card at checkout. Kettle and cups not supplied although this is pretty standard now in most places even in cheaper homestays. Toilet doesnt flush well and prone to running on and on. Sadly, Sanur is not wh at it used to be.

Location great Breakfast great Family atmosphere old style charm all round Fridge was iced up. No kettle coffee tea in room. Bed uncomfortable mattress was just foam. Mean on shampoo soap. On arrival no record of our booking at all, had to show proof from booking and pay cash upfront.

Great pools, large comfortable rooms. Hot shower. Nice quiet location but close to all shops, restaurants, Bali Icon Mall Staff were a bit slack. Asked to stay 3 days longer and lady on reception okayed it. But on morning should have originally left apparently we should’ve gone to reception to remind them! Breakfast was not the best either ( unless you were a regular - lots of older Dutch people maybe who stay a long time or go each year who got served and offered extras that weren’t offered to us). The whole place seemed a bit neglected but then that’s why it was the price we paid.

The place is near the icon mall .. just 5 minute walks, they have 2 large pool and it is very clean... The place is old but clean and the surrounding environment is calm even though the place is just 2 min walk from the main road. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.... Definitely Will be back again No bidet

Large rooms, two huge swimming pools and a central location close to the beach. Very quiet as well. Most of the other guests were Dutch seniors on long stays

Not sure if all Bali is like this, but when it rained, as in monsoon season, the sidewalks were covered w 3-4" water, that the hotel did their best to manage. Not a problem for us, but bring flip flops!
