Everything was perfect except for one thing which is the smell of the tap with was rusty and borderline close to having a sewer water smell. Restaurant had limited choices but GREAT FOOD! IT WAS FANTASIC! Staff were really friendly too. Also we met a woman who I think was Alise. She was nice! Great experience. I loved the location right opposite the Icon Mall and the Nest Spa. The surrounds are Balinese inspired and the pool was a lovely area to relax in. Plenty of sunbeds but not overcrowded. The rooms are large with generous sized bathrooms. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and linen. I recommended to my son and husband for a trip they did and they loved it too. Booked again for December, 2026. Mosquitoes outside my room. Bring your repellent and ask staff to put coils in place.

A beautifully designed hotel set back from the main road.Delicious breakfast served with style . Very clean and well maintained.Staff well versed in Western preferences,and great menu. The best shower and bath facilities in Bali.? Unfortunately there was fairly constant construction being done ,on site and next door, the noise of a 'buzz saw' detracted from the peace that would have otherwise been remarkable..?

In central Sanur, back off the road, quiet lovely complex surrounding large central pool. Spacious with wifi and daily room service. Close to local amenities, with easy access to beach and coastal walkway. Friendly, helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast.

Pool was lovely and room was big, a few more choices at breakfast would be nice. Wifi a bit erratic.

the pool it was so clean and fresh and fresh towels were always provided daily and water a perfect touch, comfy beds but the wifi wasn't the best but that's ok, it's good to switch off, perfect location near to icon Bali where I was able to change my phone send the power cut happened, take a torch if you stay here and a battery pack form phone (just in case) it was a first for them but I hear lots of powercuts have happened recently, good to be prepared, i would go back in a heartbeat. leaving

Great staff very welcoming and helpful. Puri Sari is in a beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle! Exactly what I needed. Vegetarian food is so fresh and amazing ?

Great staff, Great breakfast, lovely beds, clean and comfortable, pool clean and really really nice stay was had. Only downside was water pressure very low and shower head quite high so hard to reach fir short folks like me!!

Being a small boutique style hotel in a great location. Most rooms opened up onto a smallish pool that unfortunately heated up quite a bit during the course of the day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was massive, we had enough room to comfortably sit on chairs in front of a television to watch movies rather than having to sit in bed. The restaurant and bar need a complete overhaul. Breakfast was included in our room package but we chose to eat out after day 1 because the quality of the food from the restaurant was rather poor. Despite a very comfortable room we felt that the bathroom in our room could do with a little upgrade.

Great location. Staff were so friendly. Good value for the price. Nice and traditional Could use a bit of maintenance and the pool a little warm but still loved it.

Right off the main strip in Sanur but beautifully tucked away behind the bustle, so a very quiet, tranquil garden setting with a pool large enough to swim laps. Food was okay - limited menu - but with the restaurant strip literally a 2 minute walk, we opted to explore. Property was a little tired.
