Beautiful facility in the heart of Sanur!

My third visit to Griya. Love the location and access to three pools and the beach. Missed having my breakfast on the beach due to renovations but I will be back. My friend loved the spa. It's close to the mall ICON.

Breakfast and when I went to get a back and shoulder massage they would only do 1/2 hr not an hour, so ended up not having one.

It was quiet with no hassling when left hotel. The traffic was much better then the west coast The bar fridge was not cold enough and it was a bit of a worry when you opened the cupboard door to feel the heat coming from the fridge

Everything. It is the staff that make the Griya special. They are always polite, happy and smiling and that includes the gardeners, cleaning staff and dining room people. The hotel's layout is also ideal, with everything being within easy walking distance. The outside patio from the rooms could use a fan and the pillows were too soft for my wife and I.

The location, the staff, the easy accessibility, the food, the beachfront, the band playing in front, the spa There should’ve been more variety of breakfast. It was always a challenge, entering the room with the card key because it was so difficult to open. Also, the wooden furniture started to smell moldy.

Television by the main pool, music by the pool too loud and stressful, creating a non relaxing atmosphere, also music at the beach restaurant way too loud in the evening,

Well located on the beach. Very clean. Great breakfast and close walk to local shops and restaurants.

We have stayed at Griya Santrain many times and we are always very happy and we will stay there again. Lovely rooms, friendlt staff, great central location. Nothing all very good and can't think of anything to change.

good location A very old Hotel. Room had no power points for phone charger or laptop. Very restrictive for smokers, no smoking on open air balconies. Construction commenced at beach front rebuilding restaurant until late July. Breakfast was very disappointing. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was what we wanted. This is not the first stay at the hotel. We are like where the hotel is. The pool is great. Good gardens surround this hotel. It is on the beach. Makes it more attractive

I loved the location, on the beach, with the walking and biking trail alongside the ocean, and the iconic mall was close by .

Hopefully, the restaurants will have a makeover soon. Since I had requested rooms together, we were assigned to the old rooms at the back.

This is the best hotel location in Sanur, a beautiful Balinese-style hotel, two huge swimming pools, clean beach, quiet and calm, very helpful staff very meager breakfasts, hotel rooms don't look like they're worth the price they're asking for.

Perfect beachfront location. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful grounds and quite in the rooms. And many lovey details, like the art gallery, a chess board and beach toys. The staff was very friendly. We will be back!

Exceeded expectations. Have stayed in Sanur a few times before. Grita the best so far The stupid Icon Mall. It caused us so many headaches trying to get around because of the traffic. For example , one night it took one hour to get to Pasar Sindhu because the Grab took us on a Jalan tikus experience and we still got jammed. Place is a waste and not adding value to Sanur. Actually, we won't be back to Sanur any time soon because it's so annoying and an eyesore. Perfect example of over tourism killing the golden goose!

The noise from the construction going on was a bit too much
