Location and best breakfasts Not enough sun beds need more by the pool, people are always getting up v early to reserve them as there are not enough available, makes the stay a little more stressful

The staff are really the treasure at Watujimbar. So helpful and lovely.

Perfect location, lovely pool and good breakfast buffet. Rooms need upgrading.

Close to the beach board walk , Icon Mall , bars and restaurants . Haggled by Taxi drivers, the pool mafia ( people spreading towels on chairs at the pool and not sitting on them ) , the room location on the pool side wasn't the best it got noisy and I had to keep my curtains closed.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. The service was top-notch, and the warm hospitality really made our Bali trip special. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Breakfast catered for many different nationalities with plenty of variety. The resort is currently going through a reception upgrade and the rest of the facilities need one also. It is starting to look a little tired

Very old building, Bathtubs are old and creepy.

The property itself is in a great location, not far from the beach, restaurants, shops, atm’s and the Icon Mall. The staff were amazing, no matter how hot or tired they may have been, they always had a smile on their faces. The food was also surprisingly tasty, best Pizza i’ve had on the island. They have a beautiful pizza oven on location! They seem to roll out their own dough. We had a few other items on the menu that were great. The pool bar was fun and a place to hide from the sun is essential. All in all a great place to stay. There was nothing about the property i did not like.

We had the most amazing time at this resort. The location was perfect. Loved the pool, pool bar, b/f spread was amazing, such nice people, hotel is clean and efficient service all the way. The shuttle to beach n icon mall made it so easy. I thought I had lost my phone on the last day before leaving and the duty manager actually came with me to find it. Very kind n caring. Can’t wait to stay with you again ❤️ Loved it.

It was dirty, old, we felt really uncomfortable and everything was just dirty and gross. So much money for that, also nobody helped us with the luggage and the reception was kind of rude and also did not care

On my check-out day I had a flight in the evening and the staff at the reception offered that I could stay at the pool area and even take a shower.

Food is excellent with wide variety. Help and support for hospital emergency. (Thank for complimentary food for the sick person and appreciate for providing the transport to emergency hospital) Rooms condition is not quite good. We were three families and had booked three rooms, and all of us shared the same concern that the rooms had a very strong mouldy smell and appeared quite old. We also noticed visible water vapour and condensation on the taps and appliances whenever the air conditioning was turned off.
