Sanur Resort Watujimbar

Breakfast catered for many different nationalities with plenty of variety. The resort is currently going through a reception upgrade and the rest of the facilities need one also. It is starting to look a little tired

Very old building, Bathtubs are old and creepy.

The property itself is in a great location, not far from the beach, restaurants, shops, atm’s and the Icon Mall. The staff were amazing, no matter how hot or tired they may have been, they always had a smile on their faces. The food was also surprisingly tasty, best Pizza i’ve had on the island. They have a beautiful pizza oven on location! They seem to roll out their own dough. We had a few other items on the menu that were great. The pool bar was fun and a place to hide from the sun is essential. All in all a great place to stay. There was nothing about the property i did not like.

We had the most amazing time at this resort. The location was perfect. Loved the pool, pool bar, b/f spread was amazing, such nice people, hotel is clean and efficient service all the way. The shuttle to beach n icon mall made it so easy. I thought I had lost my phone on the last day before leaving and the duty manager actually came with me to find it. Very kind n caring. Can’t wait to stay with you again ❤️ Loved it.

It was dirty, old, we felt really uncomfortable and everything was just dirty and gross. So much money for that, also nobody helped us with the luggage and the reception was kind of rude and also did not care

On my check-out day I had a flight in the evening and the staff at the reception offered that I could stay at the pool area and even take a shower.

Food is excellent with wide variety. Help and support for hospital emergency. (Thank for complimentary food for the sick person and appreciate for providing the transport to emergency hospital) Rooms condition is not quite good. We were three families and had booked three rooms, and all of us shared the same concern that the rooms had a very strong mouldy smell and appeared quite old. We also noticed visible water vapour and condensation on the taps and appliances whenever the air conditioning was turned off.

Breakfast,pool, Small children in the pool bar and in big pools. Lack of supervision by parents.

This resort is in a great location - central on the Sanur strip so an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the new Icon shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. The swim up pool bar was great, the pool a lovely size for all with plenty of lounges and some good activities for all ages. The resort is a little tired but I believe they are renovating. The rooms are an ok size - just a little crowded. The bathrooms are not super friendly for westerners. The shower and toilet are located next to each other as cubicles - doors/partitions not to ceiling and there is no door to the bathroom so there is no privacy. The showers are at a fixed height and direction so for those of us who are shorter - the water goes straight in your face and the toilet cubicle is small.

5 minutes walk to the beach , 10 minutes walk to the new mall Icon Bali, huge breakfast buffet

The staff were great and we loved the delicious breakfast. Good location. The king size bed was great. Good drinking water supply. The room was very cramped. A lot of space was given to a spa bath on the balcony/ground floor space. The toilet and shower space was so small that our knees touched the door when sitting down. The shower was fixed too high so when you turn on the shower it sprays over the door and onto the bathroom floor, flooding it. You had to pull the shower head down and use it as a hand held shower. The toilet also floods when you have a shower. Frustrating! The tv had poor picture quality. Coffee wasn’t that nice, nor was the creamer

We liked the pools, location of the hotel is near to everything just a walking distance to Icon mall, to the beach, to various eateries. Good breakfast and good swim up bar. Free distilled water available just by the corridor outside the room. Not much, our original booking which indicated the rooms will have a garden view ended up being house roofs nearby. We were given different rooms facing the pools which we liked.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Breakfast can get busy and you cant always get a table.

Located right in the heart of Sanur. Great diversity of food for breakfast, spacious room and bathroom (ours with balcony). Very kind, friendy and helpful staff, especially the one helping us out carry our bags when checking out.

Location, It was very close to all amenities in Sanur and Bali Icon Mall. Staff services were very good. One room aircon was not working properly. The towels given had very bad smell

Great location, not far from the beach. Clean and tidy, staff were very helpful. Pool operating times.

Although the jacuzzi was incredible, the drain was leaking quite fast in any position (but yogurt cap helped to prevent leaking). Climate control once started leaking, but the staff fixed rapidly. The faucet and sink were poorly configured, so if you turned it on carelessly, water would splash around. We need to do some trick with reception to receive the second card for access into the room, they don't want to give a second card if you just need it for the second member.
