Really large room. Breakfast was great, plenty of fresh fruit and eggs cooked any way you like. Staff was excellent. Close to lots of shops and local food Warangs. Icon shopping Mall across the road and night market 5 minutes walk away. A little noisy around dinner time.

Good breakfast included also - have stayed many times - thank you!!! little bit of a noisy spot due to traffic, but it is in a great location, right opposit Icon Mall & close to Happy Monkeys warung for great food & cold bintangs!!!

Place is older style however the price reflects this. Location and no fuss. Very friendly.

The location, the pool and surrounds, the breakfast, the tariff and the staff. The only drawback was the shower equipment. It was a flexible shower head mounted on the wall above the bath. Unfortunately if you tried to use it as a normal shower it deposited a lot of water on the floor. Plugs for the sink and bath would have been nice.

I appreciated its location, just cross the street, go through Icon Bali Mall, and you’re already at the beach.

Always my go to place to stay when visiting Sanur on my own. Great little place, brilliant staff, nice pool, great area with many warungs and pubs nearby. Directly across the road from Icon Mall, which you cut through to get to the beach. Great pub downstairs, Dekko Bar, where Wayan and all his staff will look after you, and always remember your name every visit. Highly recommend to stay at swastika, but not too much as there might not be room for me next time ? Bathroom maybe needs a bit of tlc. The bath itself was old and mouldy marks on it, but stuff like that doesn't bother me

If I had to say something, which is hard ! It would be location, close to the new shopping centre, but then you have all the traffic noise! Mould on the walls , hairs in the bathroom , an absolutely shit hole , not worth going it will spoil your holiday . No food left for breakfast, checked out after one night . Bit of advice don’t book you will regret it !!

I must say property is old. It is well maintained but it is old place. Lighting can be better.

I love this hidden gem. I've been coming here for over 20 years. The staff is amazing. The place is perfect. I don't have any complaints. I'm happy with everything. However, the little restaurant bar is a separate owner and the music can be sometimes loud, not all the times, but would appreciate if they can be a little more mindful

The location and the bed. Breakfast is the same everyday and its hard to communicate plus i was charged extra 3% for using my credit card considering i booked it online. Booking.com should have taken the money off my account instead of having to pay at the property.

Amazing! Such great value for money. Clean, spacious, lovely pool and beautiful staff. Location is excellent. Will definitely be back!

Breakfast was average, good for price. Lovely gardens. Didn't swim in the pool but looked nice. Room was nice and spacious. Didn't like the bath/shower, good water pressure and warm but no shower screen and couldn't leave handheld shower on the wall or it would wet everything outside, bad angle and not adjustable.

Rats down by the eating area, all the staff see them . Nothing is done about them. No water the day we checked out. Hope it got fixed.

I now can shower with one hand, the shower head has a mind of it's own. Lack of electric plugs
