Lovely, clean, quiet and friendly staff Beds only had 1 pillow, another was provided on request. Beds were also a bit firm but that is a personal preference.

Beautiful gardens and handy location, friendly staff, large room overlooking pool, property has 3 pools all set in a different location, resort puts on a free Zumba class with the staff and helps the local children by having a Balinese dance class for them and provide them with a small bag of goodies. Spa ladies offer a wonderful massage. A full-length mirror in the room

Friendly staff, maintained so well, and three pools so everyone can enjoy their stay. Having a pool table, basketball court and table tennis table was such a bonus for both my teenager and youngest. We can’t wait to come back as we all absolutely loved our time at Swastika. This place really is a little gem ❤️ Nothing.

Huge room and bath, location was perfect in the center of the tourist side of Sanur, but quiet. The room could have used a couch. Staff was awesome, breakfast had variety. Wifi. Barely working in the rooms.

breakfast spread is too simple but delicious. as a muslim, i'd prefer the bacon to be prepared in a separate area, not besides halal food. the hotel is well located. beach is located opposite the hotel (around 5 mins walk). no slippers provided in the room. overall the hotel is worth the money the breakfast - the menu is too simple and the presentation is not really good. Quite boring. better to have both local and a little bit of western food like pasta, sausages etc to make it more satisfying

Beautiful, mature gardens, that are always a pleasure to walk. S, M and L pools. Each with a different vibe. The spa has lovely treatments. Kaori gives a beautiful Balinese massage. Upper deluxe has a nice view overlooking M pool. Breakfast is good with live cooking station. Diyu cooks great omelettes. Daisy and her staff are so welcoming. All the staff are like family. After an outing I always felt like I was coming home. It’s an authentic, Balinese place. Quiet. No roosters. Close to great restaurants/warungs and the beach. Just needs more hooks and hangars in the bathroom.

Lovely large room, very clean, great AC. Large balcony overlooking pool. Breakfast nice - bacon was not pork though. Bed hard. Lovely staff, gorgeous grounds. Fantastic central location. Softer bed. More variety at breakfast. Real bacon please!

Great location - just a short walk down a laneway to the beach (about a 5 minute walk). Lots of great restaurants nearby. There are 3 pools at the bungalows, all were clean and there was always a lounge chair available around the pool. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs (any way you like!).

The gardens are amazing, its quiet and tranquil, the breakfast are good. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Staff are friendly and service is always great. We had a poolside room, and it was great, also private with all the plants around. Rooms are always clean.

The stay in the bungalow was amazing; the facilities were perfect, with great pools and green areas. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were fantastic, attentive, and friendly. The internet was fast. The location was perfect in the heart of Sanur, surrounded by several shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
