Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately 11 mi away while it tales 1-hour fast boat ride to reach Lembongan Island. Modern rooms each have a balcony overlooking the garden. The location was perfect and the staff was so considerate. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, convenient stores, and places to do laundry. I was in a bungalow, which was really nice. The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the shower could use a redo. All inclusive breakfast ‘buffet’ left a lot to be desired. They would make eggs for you, which usually turned out pretty good. Other than that, there was rice, noodles, fruit, cucumber and tomato, toast, juice, and cold pancakes.

We arrived at the hotel and left our bags in the room. The room was in need of an upgrade. The sheets were grey and old which made the bed uninviting. The room was full of mosquitos too. We went out to get something to eat. When we came back we took our bags and left the hotel. I can't comment on the pool or facilities, but the room alone was enough to put you off.

Great location, beach was great the path along the beach is the best can walk along for an hour and have amazing beach from restaurants and cafes definitely stay in the area again. Pool was always clean and accessible. Liked everything as expected for an older style traditional hotel. Possibly could do with a little refurbishment.

Fantastic beachfront location, and so close to heaps of great restaurants, shops and Icon. Beautiful gardens and lovely pool by the beach. It’s got the traditional Balinese style design that I love. Buffet breakfast is fairly basic, but they cook eggs and bacon etc to order, and serve proper Bali Kopi. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I found the mattress too hard (common for SE Asia) and they immediately put a topper pad on for me, which made all the difference. I upgraded to a bungalow, and it was exactly what I was looking for - a quiet, self contained room with everything I needed. It’s excellent value for the location. This is my new favourite place to stay! It’s “a bit old and tired”, and some things need fixing/renovating, like broken tiles, cracks in windows etc. Worth overlooking for the location, value for money, and great staff.

Perfect location in Sanur, everything was within easy reach. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! The only small downside was that the bed sheets were a bit worn and could be improved

Location amazing, right on the beach with dedicated beach chairs. This is a shabby property with run down fittings. The bath areas are stained and the bathrooms could smell better. They don't provide bath gels or lotions.It needs a serious upgrade of furnishings.

I love that it was beachfront. The rooms, pool and property were well kept. The gardens throughout the property were beautiful and lush. Nothing not to like except for the extremely loud family in the room next door.

Convenient proximity to airport, beachside promenade access to nearby shopping centre and museum, market stalls. Pool used as a quick dip. 24hr desk and welcoming concierge on arrival. Bed spring mattress and bathroom shower curtain could be updated.

Staff very pleasant. Good breakfast - simple buffet with eggs made to order. Pool was clean. Location perfect - beachfront, and along beach walkway to everything (ICON, beach, restaurants, etc) Likely a wonderful resort 20 years ago. Needs updating, especially bathroom - our sink leaked for the entire time even though they sent people daily to fix the issue. Beds are comfortable and A/C works well. Donna Spa across the street is the perfect place for a massage!
