Location was great, breakfast very good, grounds were very quiet and lush Our room #15 had sewage smell in the bathroom upon arrival. It was apparent that this unit was not used for awhile because the shower drain was bone dry and effectively does not prevent sewage gasses from entering the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the odor from entering the rest of the room. We decided to live with that condition since we were going to be gone the entire next day on a tour. I informed the hotel the next morning and requested that they get hotel engineering services to resolve the issue. Upon return it was not resolved but a little better. I suspect our use of the shower resolved gasses from the shower drain and it was a matter of time for the odor to dissipate. We did notice an air freshener was added to the bathroom. The next day the issue was not resolved but we just decided to live with it since keeping the door closed was good enough for us. In hindsight she should have requested a new room.

REQUESTED GROUND FLOOR AS WE ARE OVER 70 AND THEY CONFIRMED OUR REQUEST. LOCATION GREAT, ACCESS TO BEACH, STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. BED MATTRESS WAS TOO HARD .

It was central to everything on the Sanur beachfront. The staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. It was a perfect unwind and one night stay for our final night. We loved hiring a bike and riding the esplanade, and bar hopping along all the beach clubs.

The gardens where lovely and well kept location was great Upon arrival the staff where not so pleasant quite abrupt. Room was not what we expected at all, because of there being 3 people I wish they would have said you need 2 rooms. In the end we didn't stay at hotel we left that day

Peaceful and quiet. Older plumbing, the pool got quite hot and could do with some shaded area. Although advertised as having triple rooms it is in fact a twin room with an extra bed put in the room which may not always suit for three people.

Great location. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Asked for twin room and they were happy to accommodate. I think it’s a little overpriced for the hotel itself but location is great and comparable with what is around.

Location Room towels were discussing color! Nothing to prevent from mosquitoes! No consents for chargers! Phone was not working for early morning assistance! Not enough sun-beds for all staying customers

The room was right on the beach and was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They came each evening, as well as in the morning, to replace the towels and turn down the bed. There was a good selection for breakfast and they cook perfect poached eggs.i was also impressed that they are working with the community to extend the coral reef to provide a safe environment for the many beautiful fish.
