Mahagiri Villas Sanur

Very good location - 5 min walk down to Icon Mall. Several nice cafes in the streets around the complex. Villa was good - comfortable and well laid out. Staff very helpful. Breakfast lovely. Nothing.

The reception, house keeping, and in particular breakfast staff were all amazing. The Villas provided a pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport at no extra cost. Shuttle to the market, beach and Icon was great. The grounds and gardens are well kept beautifully. Some of the Villa is a little bit dated like the lounge and kitchen. The shared area was large but a bit tired and dated.

Amazing and real helpful staffs always with a smile and willing to help I think the property is a little old and outdoor shower a little scary. Could have a good indoor shower option. The ar condos and o other facilities like living room tv and fridge a little old and no option of an oven.

Internet connection wasn't good. Everyday there were issues with either with speed or range or both.

Loved the setup of the villa, and having our individual courtyard. Beautiful grounds. Attentive staff. Air conditioning could be stronger.

The staff were very attentive, the breakfast was good and the gardens beautiful There was fragrance demister that was over powering, asked it to be removed which the staff did very efficiently.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. Fantastic facilities with a large plunge pool. Villa is a 10 to 15 stroll to the beach but the shuttle is always available at short notice to take you anywhere in the sanur region. Ideally would love to be beach side but not everything is possible!

The elevated amenities, including the cooking class and dinner show with traditional Balinese dancers. Nothing to complain about.

Lovely villa. Staff were excellent. The food was amazing. Good location. 10 min walk from beach and shopping mall. Spa services were a little pricey for Bali, but expected to pay higher in the comfort of your own accommodation.

Large pool in Villa

Pretty much everything was perfect. The villas and complex were luxurious and clean, the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We had breakfast served to our villa and ate it on our terrace every day. The spa offered exceptional value, with facials better than the UK for around £30. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from anywhere you want in Sanur, which was really handy. The private pool was a great temperature and cleaned out daily. There isn’t anything we could fault about the place. You’re only a 10 minute walk or 4 minute drive from the Icon shopping mall, which also has a huge selection of places to eat, American, European, all kinds of Asian.

All staff provided warm, friendly and attentive customer service. Adit did a great job organising a day tour for me. The food was absolutely delicious. The quality of service in the spa was also excellent. The villa was spacious and I used the clean, fresh pool every day. The airport shuttle service was perfect, both to and from. Mahagiri is a small, intimate space with lush, well cared for grounds. Fantastic location - only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. That I had to leave! ?

Central location hotel ,close to the beaches , The villas were lovely and spacious and kept clean but in need of alittle updating! All staff were very helpful and so friendly. Food was wonderful and the breakfast was very nice each morning in the restaurant surrounded by beautiful gardens . Poor wifi

Not really villas in that it is just a large room with a private pool, no coffee machine or any kitchen facilities except for a kettle, also no work desck or table that can be used to work from room, basically only a bed , dressing table and a side board in the room,

The welcome drinks were refreshing and snacks were yummy too. Supplying us with 19 litres water was brilliant. It cuts down on plastic water bottles and we didn’t have to boil water. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and well-stocked. I left my diamond ring on the toilet sink and when I returned in the evening, it was still there. A big shout out to the housekeeper who helped make sure I get back my ring. The receptionist always got our room key ready for us each time we returned to the villa. The food was yummy and we love the cocktails. It would be great if the main bedroom is connected to the living area by a door so we need not walk out of our room to the living room especially when it was raining heavily during our stay.

Amazing atmosphere. Tranquil and serene. All staff was extremely nice and attentive. Amazing gardens! Lots of squirrels running around, very cute. Room was spacious, private and clean. Shuttle service was super handy and all drivers very friendly. Pool had no stairs to get in and out. There is a 1.10 mt plunge you have to take. Pool was in need of extra care ( it was definately clean but needed new hardware). Outside shower had bad temperature regulation and pressure. Bread and pastries could be much better, but in general breakfast was good.

1)Rooms were worn out. 2)Aircon for master bed not working properly(no cooling) 3)Internet connection not working. 4)Peculiar smell in rooms which were giving headaches.(Reason for smell wet roof due to rain and now weather is hot to smell is there and they cannot do anything) 5)Pool not clean. 6)lizards and cockroaches in the kitchen area as fumigation needs to be done) 7)Bathrooms were very hot and no possible way to make it cool. Take a shower and you still sweat.
