Comfy bed, large room and enough amenities. Restaurant had an execeptional breakfast buffet and worth the price. Walls and ceiling are paper thin as I can hear conversation in the room beside me, chairs being drawn on the floor above me as well as footsteps and impolite guests who let their doors slam shut as the door closing mechanism needs adjusting.

The staff is wonderful and kind. Unusually forthcoming. They are true professionals who look after the guest's needs. The room was abundently spacious and very clean, with every possible amenity (including a two-seat balcony with an ocean view). The hotel itself has a superb swimming pool (and kids pool) overlooking the ocean, a great pool bar, and they even make on-site cotton candy for the kids. The whole establishment is very family orientated, and I highly recomend it for families, couples and solo travellers alike. You feel protected and welcome! Will be back soon!

Pool is a bit cold. If it was slightly warmer, would make a huge difference. More dinner options in the evening would be nice.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of servings and different kinds of foods. The bathroom smelled from time to time. I think the air circulation was bad in there.

Right next to the beach, not far from the airport. Bed was decently comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful. It's a really good hotel if you aim to spend time at the beach and soak up some sunshine. Room could've been more clean, it took a while before we were allowed to check-in. Not many restaurant options nearby, you have to travel out to the other parts of Sanya to enjoy local cuisine. Can be loud at night because of the aircon ventilators from other nearby hotels.

Pool bar like the hotel in general needs refurbishment. Room had many poor repairs. The whole time severe there wifiband tv not working despite several complaints it was not fixed

Plenty of food options nearby Friendly staff Great options to keep the kids occupied Pool is great and has lovely view of Dadonghai Great diversity of Russians, Central Asians who make up the large part of the hotel clientele. Several members of staff are fluent in Russian. The family restaurant is a hidden gem with comfortable seating and is never crowded. Venue needs more than 3 elevators... They are always full and take a long time. Gym equipment needs a 2024 upgrade. Read the other reviews here that the staff didn't speak English well and such... Please don't let this discourage you from staying here, all you need to do is use translation tools.
