Very nice hotel. We travelled from UK with my 2.5 y daughter and they let us go in the room before the check in time because it was ready. Saved my sanity. Thank you so much for that!!!!. Hotel was nice and quiet and breakfast were decent. Very close to shopping centre with variety of shops and restaurants.

great location, room was comfortable and had a good space for working alongside the bed and bathroom. staff very helpful and very good breakfast the elevators were slow, when the hotel is busy there were several times we took stairs instead - not a big issue overall though.

Varied breakfast. Shopping in front of the hotel is a good option. Bad bathroom cleaning, bad mattress, bad room service, clogged bathroom sink.

the staff was great and friendly. The location is really good. pillows and mattress could be improved, the light from selling alarms disturbed sleep. The lack of a water fountain (lobby or at each floor) forces us to use bottled water. It is about time large hotels chains start to be serious about this very cheap option to minimize their impacts to the environment.
