We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend some time in Sao Caetano. It is right across the street from the mall so super convenient location, with a good size supermarket. The staff is 100%. They were so professional and friendly and very accommodating to all our needs every single time. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view. Pretty much everyone spoke English. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Only thing I didn’t like is the staff that cleaned our room was not very thorough. They didn’t clean much of anything, but we’re only quick to remove our room card so our AC would turn off. Once we talked to the guy at the reception, the problem was fixed. He said we could keep the room at the temperature we wanted it all day.

I stayed at Quality Hotel São Caetano for a few nights on a work trip. The hotel is very comfortable, modern, and extremely clean. The staff was professional, and the location worked well for my meetings. The room had everything I needed for a short business stay. It was surprisingly difficult to charge my devices. Since Brazil uses a different power plug type, I needed an adapter, but the hotel didn’t provide one, not even for purchase or rental. It would have been helpful if they had some kind of solution available for international travelers.

The bathroom sink was partially clogged and, even complaning about it, they sent no one to fix it. I had to use it as it was up to the end. That's sad.

Location is great. Safe place, super close to shops and private hospital. I requested an extra bed for my son, so the hotel contracted me via Booking to upgrade the room and pay extra. I accepted and paid extra. However, when we arrived the extra bed wasn’t there and the person helping us with the luggage promised to check it out. I received no response. No extra towel in the room for my son. I had to ask twice. Suggestion: to clean the shower panel, you can use leave bleach on wipes to remove mould/black marks. It was disgusting. There are loads of videos on YouTube how to get rid of mould.

The House keeper（Man）didn't knock the door and enter directly to our rooms(Lady's). it is scared us. Another guest got the same room card and opened our door. Clean room every 3 days. unfair charged when extension the days.it was terrible. I won't choose this hotel anymore. I wasnt pleased. My second stay and they were even worse This time Reception staff - MARCUS - was awful and impolite upon my arrival. I arrived late at night and he was busy watching Simpsons On his computer. I am 7 months pregnant and he I asked him IF he could find my reservation he frowned at me remarking I should have arrived earlier. He made it last forever and frowned upon my request for extra blankets because their blankets are awfully thin.
