Pleasant neighborhood of calm Bom Retiro, many Korean restaurants, some supermarkets, near of metro station and Luz train station. Great breakfast with wide variety of food. Room is OK.

Good breakfast, good staff. Lively neighborhood during the day. Near metro. Japaneese vibe neighborhood. Long corridors. Near park was lots of homless people that i felt unsafe some. Old building

The location is Great.all the staff are super helpful even though I do not speak Portuguese they were all very forgiving and patient with me please tell them . rooms are clean plenty of towels , a/c silent ( 2 stays of 5 nights February 2024 ) hot water, decent size Room, good WiFi In the 2 rooms I was 5th and 7th floor...I went to breakfast 3x regretted maybe my system is more fragile than most ... I will return Lobby is super small , I think they can arrange to have a decent common area on the 8th floor where Breakfast area is. this would really enhance all the Hotel qualities

Location is Good between 2 metro stations ... ATM in pharmacy 24/7 ..Hotel in front of the park... Strong WiFi , many restaurants & Bars nearby... Good security in and around park area till 10/11 pm ... Then area is a Ghost town with lots of Homeless people wandering around... Room mechanics are so bad all air cons are directly under/over room windows .. open window you get annoying noise + leaking water from upper floor aircons ...
