location was perfect to my needs. Accommodations were very good Toilet bidet sprayer not working properly. Last day housekeeping was not good Sunday, the cooker arrived around 40min later when several people already had their breakfast

The parking lot is located in another place. We need to walk a lot . Also if it’s raining you gonna get wet for sure .

Very close to US embassy, reason why I travelled to São Paulo. Staff was great and supportive all time. Nothing.

Location was good, peaceful - a bit away from main road but it is OK for me. After evening/ night hardly anyone around the hotel so some may not feel comfortable staying if they are coming back by walk. Not much restaurants around but you can easily walk to Morumbi shopping mall (open only till 22:00 Brazil Time) to find something to eat. I also saw many getting food delivered via some apps to the hotel.

Awesome stay at the hotel. Modern and clean design that makes you feel like home. Nothiing, everything was perfect.

Very clean and modern Small room, shower with no door - gets wet outside. Breakfast wasn’t as goof as other similar hotels. Overall, not much value in this hotel at their price.

Price is outrageous. Some issues with water temperature consistency.

Good location next to US consulate , the staff is very friendly ( special thanks to Barbara , at the front desk ) The heating was not working properly

Very nice and committed staff. Instant response when the internet connection failed in the room. Nice breakfast. Fresh facilities. Overall very good value when considering the daily rates. There was nothing we didn’t like.

When booking didn't realize it was more of a conference hotel, loved everything else about it, just needed more things for the kids to do, so we transferred to the Novotel Morumbi
