For the price charged, I expected a better quality. The room is kind of old, shampoo bad quality and blanket was very old. Also the entrance was a little dark, it looks like Ibis buget but higher price.

Maybe more lights in the room will be good

The hotel is well located, close to an excellent shopping center with very good food options. The hotel staff are attentive, but at peak times they are a bit disorganized. The hotel facilities are in need of maintenance. In my room, the shower enclosure didn't close completely and leaked water. The mattress was bigger than the bed, and there were some burnt-out lights in the apartment.

Only the location is good, but it was not worth it. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before, but this time, my experience was horrible. The check-in process was long and slow, even though I had stayed at the hotel before. The following morning I went to have breakfast with my mom and we were surprised that our names were not even on the list when they called the reception they told us our stay was canceled. It was very embarrassing. So they asked us to go to the reception and started to ask me if I checked in, if I had paid for my stay already, and the staff person that was asking me was the one that checked me in the day before, which shows an unprofessionalism. I had to leave because I had a meeting and when I came back 2 hours later they said they had fixed it and it happened because originally I had booked a room for one person and then I changed to a two-person booking so something happened. Anyway, no matter the reason for that a customer expects to be well served and oriented and relax during a stay in a hotel like that. Everything could be checked, reviewed, and addressed at the checking so none of that would happen. It seems most of the staff is new but that’s not an excuse for such a bad experience. A manager or someone needs to be around checking everything and guiding them so no one experiences this. And because of that during my entire stay, my room was not even cleaned a single day even though we asked for it. I had to extend my stay but after all of this I decided to go to a different hotel and I’m not sure if I’m coming back to this soon any time soon. Such a horrible experience not worth a single penny for what we got back from the Hotel.

Breakfast was amazing and they have an extremely wide variety in fresh foods. Staff is very friendly. Matresses are good and comfortable. Location is great, exactly across the Morumbi Shopping Mall. The rooms were extremely small. The bathrooms (we changed rooms) smelled horribly like mold. Everything was very very old and outdated in the bathrooms. Of one bathroom the choice in water was either boiling hot or ice cold water and it automatically fluctuated between those without touching the faucet. The shower is so extremely small that there wasn't even room to jump out from underneath the shower when it turned boiling hot, so I burned myself trying to get out of the shower in time. The location is awesome directly across from the Morumbi shopping mall. However, the rooms could be 2 meters larger overall and the bathrooms definately need updating (fix the mold problem and don't paint over the mold!) because breathing in mold is a very dangerous health hazard! So next time, I will choose a different hotel because of the bathroom issues!

Breakfast was good and the hotel has a restaurant serving basic dinner. A car parking is available paying an extra cost. Location is good for Morumbi area, near 2 shopping malls. Rooms are a bit dated, especially restrooms, but acceptable and clean. Rooms are a bit dated
