Friendly staff and good breakfast. This was a good overall experience if you are not looking for luxury or modern facilities. Excellent a/c. Rooms had the basics but no luxury. Furniture a little worn out.

Not a lot to like about this hotel. Thee photos make the place look good but reality is a different story. The hotel was situated on a street that is full of drug users, this wasn't in the advertisement. When we arrived we were advised to not go out at night as it was dangerous. The website said parking was available, however, when we arrived we were told we couldn't park and eventually after some conversation we were admitted to park in an underground garage for a fee. The breakfast in the morning was also extremely poor quality with limited options. During the night it was so noisy due to there being pumps outside of the windows, my friends asked to move rooms which was eventually requested and that didn't help as the noise out on the street was even worse. Not a pleasant stay at all and a place I won't be returning too.

It was close to the centre with a quick Uber away. The staff speak very little English but they try hard to be helpful and there’s WiFi so you can easily use a translation app. The breakfast was varied and coffee strong. The bed was firm but we slept quite well. There was plenty of hot water and clean towels. We ventured out the next morning by grabbing an Uber to the cathedral and then completed an audio tour through the city (found online). We felt safe walking through the city in the daylight as there are police on every corner, I mean EVERY corner. This was very reassuring. Don’t let the city scare you! It’s very tired looking and a bit dim in places. São Paulo looks dirty and unsafe and a guest who got chatting to us as soon as we arrived, scared us a bit by talking about the mafia.

Near centro but far away the Sao Paulo Catedral, some restaurants near here, the room was basic but comfortable. The breakfast was good and delicious. nothing

Bedding is comfortable and showing water temperature is right. The location is convenient but better avoid walking in the dark. The hotel charges you one bottle of drinking water (500ml) 7 real, much more expensive than everywhere else. The hotel policy on later check out, which will charge you half day stay even in travel light season and I am booking.com VIP level. Even I stay 6th floor and could hear traffic noise very clearly.

Strategic location, close to Metro station, and attractions close by and Lighting Supermarket. Sim Card cant be purchased in any telco anymore,without local ID. We managed to buy sim card at underground at a stand at Tiete metro. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to our requests, even with their very little command of English. Room and bed are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was simple but nice choices available. My second time booking this hotel and I am not disappointed. Nothing much. Maybe the facility is a bit old and may need some upgrading in the future.

Central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple, clean rooms. The quality of breakfast was not the best. Scrambled eggs - not tasty. Actually only good fruits. If you like to eat a lot - you can be disappointed.

Breakfast was good for the price. rooms are good and confortable. beds are very confortable. TV has free channels only. staff was very good. bath hot water was ok WIFI was not stable, it must be improved. the place is not good at night. too many crack adicts in the area. it is good at day time. it is the old city area of the city.
