breakfast and remolded bathroom The air conditioner was very noisy so I couldn’t sleep with on. The building was very old and there was a gap between the air conditioner and wall. I could hear and smell from the outside.

The room was clean, the location is pretty good near to the Metro station. The staff was always attentive to our needs, they helps us to buy entrances to a few attractions. Thank you. The bed was too soft.

Breakfast was good, i enjoyed it. The stuff was friendly. They had to change us two times of room. First room there was a leak, second room the AC didnt work properly.

Good service for the price, clean, comfortable, safe (guard 24/7, additional door locks), spacey bathroom and shower, the guard was helpful The recepcionist does not speak Spanish or even English - like none of the staff... a bit unbeliavable for me. The hotel is in the street where it is not very safe (definitely don't recommend to go out in the night), and is a bit noisy in the night. We had prepaid breakfast but they were not willing to give us a sandwich to the bag when we announced early check-out due to the early flight.

Very huge bedroom and bath room; breakfast is good; staff is friendly supportive, but only speak portueguese The direct neighborhood is fine and there are some restaurants and bars very close-by; Praca Republica does not make a good impression especially at night, but the way to the metro is safe

Great location, comfy, with good breakfast. The surrounding area is a bit run down and full of homeless people, but there is hotel security at all times and police patrols during the day.

Staff let us check in early, breakfast was real good, staff was really caring about your safety as the area didn't seem too pleasant at the time (especially at night).

Large room with effective A/C, hot shower, fridge, etc. Comfy and big bed. Breakfast was very very good for a relatively budget hotel. Location 2 minutes from a metro station.

Fruits at breakfast Good size room Zero English spoken . Scary/unsafe area after the darkness around hotel. I've fallen sick during my stay and called reception asking for a paracetamol tablet - answer was NAO.

The staff was great and really helpful, the breakfast was good and varied. The location is not great, especially if you don't know the city, the area didn’t seem safe.
