The staff and location.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I also liked the breakfast very much. The internet connection was awful and it gave me problems while I was trying to work remotely. This was disappointing since the adds said the hotel had WiFi but I could barely access the internet in my room. The elevators were taking up to 20 min to work.

Everything good service good breakfast everything is on point -

I am a traveling musician, I like the area. The door staff are extremely protective and observant of me. The restaurants and the street view is outrageous! Part of my love for São Paulo The WiFi is in and out

I made two reservations. The first one was canceled by the credit card. The second one I paid for it. The money was out of my credit card and I still have to pay another at a hotel so you guys owe me. Old ugly, and people with bad attitude

The property in main area Easy accesses to subway and other services - the shower water was good flow and good Quality water -they are not cleaning the room every day . The towels given was dirty and faded - More louder area , always sounds can here From room - even every coroner police officer standing ,’still fear for the safety in the community

The hotel is located in the center next to Praça da Republica. It is an older hotel, however very well maintained. We had a large room to the back which was rather quiet and corresponded to the description at Booking The room was well equipped. Large bathroom with strong shower. Good quality towels. Very comfortable bed with high quality bed clothes. Good aircon. Very clean throughout the hotel. Good breakfast served in a nice breakfast room. Professional staff, always very friendly and helpful. Strong WiFi everywhere in the hotel. Only artificial fruit juices at breakfast.

I did not like much to be honest, I was so disappointed with EVERYTHING, the cleanness, the room , the internet, the beds, the bedsheets... everything was outdated and not functioning as it should be! We almost asked to leave the hotel! Not mentioning the lifts, most of the time was out of order, we had to use the staircases all the way up to 19th floor few times, UNACCEPTABLE! PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL! I was really looking forward for my staying at your hotel, I always check thoroughly before I book a hotel, but this time I got wrong, I was extremely disappointed with almost every single item at your hotel! from the cleanness to the comfort of the room , it was really really bad! The lifts not working while we were there, was the worst! NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL!

I liked how the hotel is near of the most interesting touristic attractions in downtown São Paulo.

Disappointing

Location it's amazing close to the interesting areas from the center. My room was without view and I choce a room with view for the rest everything was fine.

Room was comfortable for 3 people. Breakfast was really really good and full of everything for different types of diets. Staff working during breakfast were very nice and attentive. It seems that location is not the safest, even though was near everywhere. Every local we talked to warner us about how dangerous it was around the hotel, and it was full of homeless people, even right outside the hotel door. Also, the staff at the front desk NEVER said hi to us, and the guys who received us the first night were really not nice at all. Serious and like they didnt care.
