Great location in the historic downtown. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel itself is showing its age, but everything was working well. I had strong internet connection. The water pressure was very good. There is a very strong sewer smell in the bathroom. This is almost certainly due to aging plumbing with inadequate configuration.

The stay at this hotel in São Paulo was overall very pleasant. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, abundant, and with a nice variety to start the day right. The location is also a big plus: it’s very close to many of the city’s main attractions, making it easy to explore without long commutes. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The surroundings are not the most picturesque, and the atmosphere outside can feel a bit unsafe, especially at night. It's NOT something the hotel can control, but it’s worth noting for those expecting a peaceful or upscale environment. Noise from the street — mostly people partying late — could be heard during the night, so light sleepers might want to take that into account. While the hotel itself provides comfort and good service, the external setting reflects the typical urban chaos of São Paulo.

Proximity to Centro Relatively low cost Room was not clean and poorly equipped. They use old-style metal keys which can be easily copied. There is no secure lock inside the room The location is very noisy. This street is unsafe especially at night

rooms must be cleaner. elevator was broken down so we had to carry our 25-kg-each luggages for 7 stages it was a disaster and no one from the staff helped. the hotel is not at a safe location so you take care of yourself around the hotel (its very central though)

Hotel was clean. The maids do a good job cleaning the rooms daily. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of foods. Sink/shower works great, air conditioner worked great. Room was pretty spacious and comfortable. Very nice hotel for a great price in the city center. District of the city was a bit uneasy, abandoned buildings out of the view and a lot of homeless people roaming the streets. Other than that, everything was fine. Not really the fault of the hotel however.

They accommodate my early check-in request This would have been an ok if it wasn't that there's was no electricity from 5pm and was still nothing the next day at 9am when I checked out. No options were offered by staff and no credit or discount for future stays and the included breakfast was not available.
