Very close to Tietê Bus station. The breakfast was great. It’s a great option to those who need to go to Tietê Bus Station.

O valor é bom e a localização é boa se você vai pegar um ônibus ou ir em algum evento no expo center norte. Todos os trabalhadores foram muito receptivos e cordiais comigo, me ajudaram bastante. A área não é muito segura. A limpeza poderia ser melhor. Havia bastante poeira embaixo da cama.

O staff era ótimo! Me atenderam super bem, abriram exceções porque estava me recuperando de uma cirurgia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, várias opções e tudo muito gostoso. A localização é boa, próximo do aeroporto e da rodoviária. Não gostei porque o banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto o tempo todo, o vaso sanitário não estava limpo, o box estava com mofo para todo lado. O cheiro de esgoto era bem forte.

Very cute hotel in an excellent, strategic location! The breakfast is amazing and the cloud-themed rooms are very lovely and comfortable! The location is great, specially if you're using the metro and bus stations. I just wish they had a transfer from/to the international airport. The Chef of this hotel should be celebrated for cooking so many delicious things: this Chef can make even martial artists fatter! ??? The security staff is very friendly too! ? We're certainly staying at this hotel again whenever we need to do business or for Kung Fu events in São Paulo in the future! ? Bad CX, part of the staff is very antisocial and unhelpful, specially the night staff at reception and the breakfast staff. Some look at you as if you're an enemy. Very weird. We asked for information and different people gave us divergent answers at the reception. They should have an airport transfer, like other big hotels. But I'm still giving 5-star because of the friendly security team and amazing Chef!

Booked here for an overnight transit, was great value! Very comfortable and good breakfast. Staff were all very kind. Room was clean, had everything I needed! Can’t fault it!

Good location very close to Tietê bus station — only 30 meters away. Nice rooms. Very good breakfast. However, the rooms have very poor soundproofing; I could hear everything being said in the neighboring room. The bed linen was a bit worn. Cleaning could be better. The staff did their job but didn’t go the extra mile.

There is some leak at the bottom of the toilet. Also the shower door doesn’t close properly. Wifi connection is not stable.
