The noise between the rooms and the cold water at the shower
-
Cleanliness, location and good price.

Location is good. Breakfast meets expectations. The room's window is broken, and there is lots of noise from the street inside the bedroom. The room's window is broken, and there is lots of noise from the street inside the bedroom. We arrive earlier in the morning at the hotel, and they don't prioritize us a high floor.

Great location

Great location near Paulista Ave

There were ants all over the bathroom and main room. There was significant road noise that made it difficult to sleep.

I LOVE THIS PLACE, FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD BREAKFAST, VERY CLEAN AND CENTRAL. I WOULD COME BACK HERE FOR MY NEXT TRIP.

The property has everything you need for a short stay in São Paulo. The location is very accessible and makes it easy to find places to eat, shop, and walk around. It’s close to Avenida Paulista and other main attractions. The hotel is a bit outdated, but everything works perfectly, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. I stayed in a room facing the street and had no problems sleeping. The bed is large and comfortable. The shower has very strong water pressure, and the hot and cold water worked well. Breakfast could offer more healthy options such as granola, lactose-free milk, or seeds, but there is a lovely selection of fruit, bread, pão de queijo, etc. The scrambled eggs could be better prepared—they didn’t taste great and looked a bit undercooked on the second day of my stay, though some guests might enjoy them that way. —

Very nice staff. We were warmly welcomed from the start on. Early check in was accommodated and the staff did their utmost to help us. The neighbourhood is great, felt very safe and is quite central to most things to do. Would stay here again on a next visit to Sao Paolo. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Friendly staff, good room and the area seems safe.

Clean, good size room Location, busy elevators
-
Clean, room size, staff, water pressure Elevators congested most of the time. Location from Paulista, even though it is close but steep roads.

Hot shower, my 5th time hot shower in a month in Brazil. Normally shower isn't hot but HE Hotel Paulista provide hot and big flow shower. The 2nd room I have, air conditioner is not working, so, i can't use heat mode. Room is located in lower ground level so the room temperature is bit cold. Blanket is very thin, this time in Sao Paulo can be chilly at night.
