It's not the fault of the hotel but the neighborhood has a lot of bars so my first night it was very difficult to sleep. After I got earplugs from a pharmacy I was sleeping well the other nights.

nice staff and good breakfast big problem with a old window that did not close well and therefore noises could be heard from outside that disturbed sleep. The room and bathrooms were very small

Very spacious room with private bathroom, clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. Good price with tasty breakfast included. Located in Bela Vista, quite central part of Sao Paulo, walking distance from Avenida Paulista and in a very safe and decent neighbourhood. Staff extremely friendly, we could leave our luggage after the check out, which was very helpful and kind! -

The hotel decided to remove the windows from the window opening. This hotel is located on a very noisy street with bars and loud music up until 1:00-2:00 am. Obviously, it is impossible to sleep until the street cools down with no windows and only light aluminium shutters. We were not warned that there are no windows and the hotel didn't provide replacement, despite us asking for replacement. The water in the shower was heated by inline water heater, its connection to electricity is not safe. The bed's head was broken, see pictures. Cockroaches were seen in the bed area.

Comfortable small room, hot shower, very good breakfast, and even though there is a party club or restaurant close, I couldn't hear anything and got a good sleep Maybe I could use a bit warmer blanket (it's a bit cold at nights now)
