The hotel room is very clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is particularly good. And the internet speed is a;so good. Worth staying. Can the hotel consider adding some cups to the room?

The Staff is the best part, people happy with what they do, and Paula orange juice is the best, dont miss that over the breakfast. The location is a plus, so keep that in mind. Always a lot of people at the lobby, which is very small but fine, but there is always a higher amount of people at the lobby that takes a bit the privacy of the people at the hotel.

New facility with rooms to stay there for a night or two. Location is not particular attractive. You should use taxi to get anywhere, but I think that the case for all small hotels in the city.

This hotel has a really good value! It was fully renovated last December 2022, so everything is new and it really shows. Sparkling clean and the staff is really friendly. Breakfast was good with all you need: coffee, juices, yogurt, cales, bread, fruits, etc . Parking is underground at R$20 for 24h, much better than all parkings nearby costing R$30 for stay. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to stay and enjoy Bixiga neighborhood ! Pizzarias, theatres and - best of all - Madame Underground Club. Cheers

Clean, silent rooms and a great facility for breakfast No real windows in the room, the check-in was late (the room was not ready so I needed to wait) and the area is a bit shady.
