I don't like any thing especially the reception he is very bad person, the tooms is different from the picture appear on the website. the location is dangerous, and bad, what they call it a break fast, for all client he put 4 pieces of cheese only no milk nothing in the breakfast ver bad reception and hotel. very dangerous place, bad hotel, bad reception, realities different from the photos, in real the location frightened and dangerous, the location is far from everything. in all cases it's very bad.

Room was very clean and tidy as well as unexpectedly spacious. Fridge in room was a useful bonus. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful - the best thing about this hotel. (I do speak Portuguese so that probably helped.) Breakfast was fairly basic, as expected for the price, but perfectly good. WiFi was fine. Location was calm (away from noisy traffic or noisy bars) and fairly walkable, good if you plan to walk, taxi and/or uber (less practical if you plan on using the underground).

The room was nice and clean, Location is good but be mindful of homeless people out and about. Basic breakfast. The staff are utterly rude, They have no manners. it’s not a hotel, it’s a motel ( Sex hotel ) which we completely didn’t know until we checked in. You have people come into the hotel through out the night, There is no peace or quite at night time and it gets so noisy, so difficult to sleep. Would not recommend it to families or travellers.

Cheap. Free basic breakfast. Absolutely horrible manager who was incredibly rude to us and actively made our stay worse. The whole place has extremely thin walls, and lots of echo. The manager kept talking very loudly at reception all day, all night, making it unbearable to be in the place. When we asked to close the door that leads to the corridor with all the room windows (to reduce noise at least at night ... to try to sleep...) he declined and was extremely unhappy with us for raising any asks. Didn't want to try communicating with us in any language, even when we tried using translator in Portuguese. Non-existent wifi. We asked to try use WiFi in the breakfast room nearer reception in hope it would work better but were rejected again. Grim room. Everywhere smells of smoke. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Very confortable, nice breakfast, very good location, big room and well equipped. There was no windows, so it was cold and noisy with just the blinds. Bed sheet not all super clean

The location, the price, the beds, pillows One of the team members wasn't that nice regarding the breakfast. There's only one level in the air conditioner and fan so you can't control it.

location and staff it was not clear. the bathroom was really unclean.

The size of the double bed was too tiny for a couple. This time there was some trash in the bathroom litter.

it is well located and clean.They handle the breakfast a bit early to us. We could not made a change in our reservation at the check in. In addition, there are some noise after 10pm at the reception. The pillow are too high.
