Excellent hotel/motel for those who want to enjoy the night right there on 13 de Maio Street (Bela Vista neighborhood). There are no luxuries, or breakfast, or amenities. The main point there is to be able to rest after the parties without having to worry about transportation.

Staff was good ,, they were kind and good people Cleaning and very bad smell in toilet and broken taps no hot water ,, toilet window mirror and door was transparent, very bad for ladies And they shout (staff ) too much in the midnight

nothing it was dirty it didn't look like the pictures it didn't had ventilation or windows to the exterior and it was very insecure

First of all, this is also an "hourly rate" hotel - it's frequented by those looking for a place for sex, and you can hear it loudly through the walls. The bathroom is incredibly dirty, with only cold water. The wifi in room is slow, and the window cannot be closed entirely, so there is absolutely no security within your room. Finally, the neighborhood is seedy - I don't recommend staying here, especially when 5-10 minutes by foot brings you to safer and more attractive neighborhoods.
