The restaurante and breakfast is nice. The beds were comfortable. The place looks a bit tired, especially the corridors and rooms. They charge you 10 reais if you want your towels changed. Although there were 3 elevators, just one worked, causing a long waiting time during the evenings

Great Location, clean room. The interior is hopelessly outdated, the hotel is in need of a renovation.

Hotel is well located and comfortable enough to rest Although everything was clean, facilities were very old. Example: the chairs and tables in the restaurant are very deteriorated and need to be changed asap. I also would have loved more variety of food for the inclusive breakfast as it was always the exact same things.

Pathetic bathroom with many things not working. Tv was a small monitor not. Tv. Breakfast was almost empty with huge delays for refill. Not enough stuff to support breakfast time. Although they tried their best. No free parking for clients

rooms were not very comfortable, the bathrooms were very old and not comfortable, with the faucets and shower head being very old and in poor condition. TV was tiny, unlike the pictures. breakfast was a bit disappointing too.
