Queda en un punto cerca al centro, se puede caminar. Las instalaciones no eran las mejores, los baños no tenían ventilación, las habitaciones tampoco.

This hotel is worth the price if you’re looking for something practical, well-located, and comfortable without paying luxury rates. It isn’t a high-end property, but it delivers exactly what you’d expect for what you’re paying, which makes it a good value overall. The breakfast was okay. Not outstanding, not disappointing, just a solid, basic option to start the day. The real highlight is the location, which was perfect for the kind of trip we wanted. Since our plan was to explore tourist spots and walk around the city, it was super convenient to be able to come and go easily on foot. It’s close to Bixiga and also near the Jewish Museum, which made getting around simple and saved time (and honestly, money) on transportation. The staff were very nice and helpful, which made the stay smoother and more pleasant. I can’t give it five stars because it’s not the most comfortable hotel, it’s more of a basic, practical stay. Everything is okay, but nothing feels especially premium. The breakfast was fine, but it could be fresher and have a bit more variety. Overall, it met expectations for the price, just not at a level that would justify a top rating.

Excellent location, close to many supermarkets, restaurants, subway station. We stayed on the top floor in a quite spacious suite with a balcony and a nice city view. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. Late checkout is a plus.

The location is absolutely phenomenal and the staff are very kind. The bedroom is nicely sized and the breakfast was really good, I was always looking forward to eating in the morning. Lacks outlets in the room

The hotel is very clean, modern and safe. The location is great. The staff is extremely helpful.

Location, helpful staff. The room was not properly clean. There were stains everywhere from the bed sheets to furniture.

It is very clean. Good breakfast for value! The room is so basic that, for being more basic, it would have to be a mattress on the floor. There is no lamp or light near the bed, for instance. The bathroom smelled as chlorine - but at least it was clean. Somewhat decadent and old but that is so common for Sao Paulo. The value for money is not fair.

Simple hotel, nothing special. Big room but not very clean. Old towels. Breakfast ok.

Clean hotel, good shower, staff was polite and friendly. The room could use blackout curtains. Have your eye mask.

Its big and close to the centro. Breakfast is nice and checkout time is a very royal 1pm. Cleanliness was ok. Its a bit of a big run down business hotel with turnstiles everywhere for some reason. Our room did not match the pictures at all. It was super big but nearly empty with just a bright white ceiling light so you need to get out of bed to switch off (I never get why you wouldn’t just install a bedside light). All the staff are very uninterested and unfriendly - the man at the entrance terrace outside was a positive exception. Its probably ok for budget business travellers, but as a tourist I would stay somewhere else!

The location is great and you have a Rodízio just next to it. It is not as clean as I would have imagine, the Internet didn't work on upper levels (they were kind enough to move us some levels below), breakfast is pretty basic and every time you enter you have to use a key, to the breakfast, to the hotel itself, everywhere.
