The value for the money is exceptional. The location is perfect, the room is small but has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast in bed, lovely and helpful staff. We stayed only one night

les personnels étaient sympathique. the size of the room, and especially toilet, shower, it was impossible to enter!!! for the toilet you have to open the shower cubicle and put your foot in the shower and the other foot next to the toilet due to lack of space! the sink space to wash your face is 40 cm!! breakfast that we give from a hole in the wall like in a prison cell and we have to eat it on the bed without having a table. a bad experience not to be repeated.

The location is so close to Avenida Paulista. The price is really cheap. The staffs are really helpful. Hotel does not have a lobby. Hotel does not have a specific place for servicing breakfast, so they bring it to your room. So options are limited.

The stuff are nice. We booked the hostel just before we arrived because we was not able to check in the hostel we had booked. But they welcomed us. Breakfast is good. There is no elevator. Table is so small in the room.

Mr. Leandro was very friendly and I felt welcome there. Metrô São Joaquim was a walking distance from the hotel. I LOVED the breakfast. Very simple, but the coffee and the fresh bread with cheese were delicious! The bed was very comfortable. Maybe...it would have been helpful if there was an instruction in the bathroom about how to have hotter shower.

This room was the cheapest among all the hotels in this district, basically we’ve just needed a place to sleep. The room even has private bathroom for that price. Everything was clean, including bed sheets. The staff don’t speak English, but guys are very friendly and helpful. Near to Paulista and big supermarket Unfortunately it was barely impossible to sleep because of zero soundproofing. I literally could hear people talking at 4am like if they were just sitting nearby. Apart from that, there is a lot of noise during the whole night. I travel a lot, but I can name this hotel one of the worst in terms of soundproofing. Sorry for that guys, I don’t want to be rude because the staff treated me so well, but it needs to be said. We’ve just needed a place to sleep for 1 night, but it’s hard to call ‘sleep’.

This is a budget hotel but for the money it's excellent. It's clean, the location is great (I walked nearly everywhere) The host is super friendly and the hotel is very covid safe. The odd mattress cover which tends to move across the bed and the shower basically only runs hot. Oh and a little fruit would be nice with breakfast.

Friendly and helpful management. Clean rooms. Great location. Continental breakfast served in your room. Economical bar service. Awesome bargain price! A bit worn in need of renovations.
