The older male at the desk was incredible friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I loved to location, too. Metro train (Luz Station) and also small supermarkets and restaurants just meters away. Breakfast offered 5 types of fruit. Wow! Delicious. The younger bearded guy didn't even seem to greet guests.

Eu gostei demais da estadia lá! Todos os funcionários muito educados!! Respeitavam muito qualquer decisão tua (adorei a Ingrid em particular, uma energia e alegria incrível) o quarto era ótimo! Tudo oq eu precisei pra estudar tranquilo! Super recomendo o local! Preço e qualidade super equilibrado e no fim a valia até mais

the streets around the hotel are getting a little bit dodgy in the night

Breakfast was so good. Room was clean. Location is good just next to Luz station. In first you are little afraid our of hotel area. A lot of homeless and people around there even midnight. After you get used them.

Is very close to the Luz Metro Station, so you can travel cheap... A supermarket is crossing the street, some cheap bars too... The bathroom doesn't have doors so the water spills on all the room, they provide a window cleaner to clear the floor but is inconvenient... The windows aren't ventilated, looks like are placed inside the building... Also you can listen the other persons

Very decent hotel, with good connection to the airport. Very nice reception person. The equipment is basic, room size is just about bed and table. But for one day layover and quick city check is more than enaugh. There is no sound isolation so take your ear plugs! :)

FABULOUS LITTLE HOTEL! Small, Simple hotel but kept very clean. Good sized room with a large TV, fan, desk & chair and access to Netflix. Very Good internet connection. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Excellent location as Right next to the Luz Metro/Train Station and close to many bus stops. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. It is in the part of the city with lots of drug addicts and homeless people, but the area is very busy with lots of people in shops so it´s safe during the day and the hotel has security so I always felt safe. I absolutely loved this hotel and will stay here in the future. The bathroom is very small!
