The front desk staff made 0 effort when I arrived early to help accommodate an earlier check-in. I even offered to pay extra to check in early. The girl I spoke with could care less and told me she couldn't promise anything. I have worked in customer service in the past and making an effort to care makes a huge difference to paying customers.

Nice facilities Overpriced, recommended a doctor charing 550 USD for a 20 min visit, charged full price for a breakfast even if just asked for a coffe

It is not pretentiois but there is a lot to do between the lounge the bar the resraurant the bossa nova club the access to the shopping mall the delicious breakfast… Nothing

The style and design were fantastic. The staff were incredible. The location was ideal and connected to the mall in the nicest area of São Paulo. The restaurant (Fasano) is easily the best Italian food I have ever enjoyed. Having to leave!
