Location was fine. Rooms felt more like a 3 star. Staff at the bar was very freindly.

Bath tub had no plug socket, hair in bath tub long girls. First room wifi didn't work so had to move rooms hour after being in there, food is worst I have ever eating in hotels that I have stayed in, the chef is the bar tender it seems doing every job possible, breakfast is bad, scramble eggs full of water.

Location. Shopping Mall with food court and Laundromat is right across the street . Close to Paulista Ave. Aged decor and carpet is smelly. Smell of burnt cooking emanating from restaurant is unbearable.

Great location, beautiful building, our room had great view - also we had free parking Breakfast didn't have labels on what the food was - I'm a vegan so it was impossible to know what I could have: I'd recommend adding vegan butter and maybe vegan pastries.

location for a 4 star hotel it’s very old . kitchen fridge are rusted with microwave not working. towels have not been replaced for years. all these didn’t bother us too much . the worse thing was the breakfast where bread was stale. I would not even give this hotel even a 2 star

Good breakfast. A wide range of cut fresh fruit. Tasty pão de queijo. The room was large and lovely to review my packing. Amazingly quiet for being so central and so well located. Clean and bright with perfect blinds and curtains. The staff was very helpful and I was able to use the pool for a few hours after check out and before my flight while my luggage was secure. The pool area is amazing! Lovely views and very relaxing while being in the middle of Paulista! Compliments to the staff. Everything was good! Perfect!

good location, nice staff staying at 2nd floor translates into your readiness to enjoy street noise. building reconstruction across the street meant for us no sleep all night. bathroom equipment requires renovation. previous residents left something in the fridge, cleaning staff somehow left it there.
