Excellent location
-
Bedroom size and layout

Staff if really great and kind. Goods are all clean It was very cold. No solution but to have a blanket which wasn’t enough.
-
It was really small, but it was a budget hotel that was clean
-
Nothing Poor rooms
-
Very clean, it was perfect for my needs The outside can be rough but we are in Sao Paulo.

Location was great. Breakfast was incredible with many options. Staff are friendly and supportive. The room is very small.
-
The location is great There was an extreme loud noise of drilling that made staying inside the bedroom basically unbearable. The girl at the reception on Monday morning, around 10 am, was extremely impolite and annoyed that we politely informed her of the noise and that both our keycards were not working. She was making faces as if we were the ones to be blamed. She should not work with public.

The staff was amazing specially Nathalie she was very heplfum
-
Breakfast area very small , variety also basic
-
Decent hotel for the price. The breakfast is also decent. Check-in online worked fine, but takes quite some time at the counter anyway, maybe their systems are slow. The location is great; right next to metro and Paulista. Room is small, but fine. Toilet and shower separete, and small - but again fine for the price. The room was a bit dated, but again fine.
-
Everything The price is high

No amenities, undergoing renovation
-
Breakfast was good Rooms are tiny, no idea how they advertise them for 2 to 3 people.
-
acomodation is Very little
-
The location It wasn’t very clean, no acoustic isolation(you could hear everything that was happening on the next room), the staff acted as they were doing a favor instead of they job. I will never stay in this hotel again
-
The location is great right next to the subway station and on a main street. The rooms are tight and not very spacious. There were a lot of people staying in and breakfast and places to sit were running low.
-
It's a hotel Very overpriced. Staff was not friendly. Difficult (and expensive) to park. Gross breakfast. Bad location, many armed police and "military police" on the street - obviously not a great area.

Location, friendliness, and value for the price.
