The hotel was very clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, the room and common areas were spotless. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The view of the São Paulo skyline was beautiful, especially at night. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. First, the WiFi was practically unusable—it didn’t work in the rooms at all and was only somewhat functional in the lobby. For a hotel that advertises free WiFi, this was frustrating and inconvenient. The breakfast experience was equally poor. None of the food items were labeled, making it impossible to identify what was being served—an issue for anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies. When I requested a vegetarian omelet, I was shocked to find pieces of ham in it, suggesting that it had been prepared using contaminated equipment. The scrambled eggs had the sauce from the sausage dish on it, more should be done to avoid cross contamination. This demonstrates a complete lack of care for dietary requirements, which is unacceptable. One of the biggest frustrations was the ongoing building work, which we were not informed about before our stay. The noise was disruptive throughout the day, making it difficult to relax in the room. At times, it felt impossible to escape the constant drilling and construction sounds. For a hotel of this standard, better communication and consideration for guests should be expected. Additionally, their key card system is unreliable. I had to get mine replaced five times throughout my stay, which was both inconvenient and disruptive. Overall, this hotel fails to meet basic expectations for comfort and service. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to those who rely on WiFi, have dietary restrictions, or expect even a moderate level of attentiveness from hotel staff.

Full breakfast with everything you can eat. Area of the hotel look safe Staff doesn't speak English. Not understanding to resolve the problem Pool was too hot to get in and refresh on the hot day Also the facilities of the outside areas are poor and look like nobody take care Wifi was very slow in the room only in the lobby you can connect

Location is very good and the breakfast is also good. Big, comfortable rooms. Towels were super old and some furniture was dirty.

Loved my stay. Amazing price quality. The instalations of the hotel are great. The rooms are cozy and clean. Every employee was amazingly attentive. And last and not least, food was delicious!!
