The rooms were clean and the check in experience was great. Although there's an administrative mix up on the hotel's end, the check in desk staffs were friendly. The hotel's location was also great as it was right in front of a metro station. The dining room was small for the hotel's size and is always SO packed during breakfast. Food selection was also pretty limited and was always out (possibly because it was so busy?). The dining tables were also arranged so close to one another that it feels like a school canteen. The two coffee machines were also always malfunctioning albeit being fancy (the ones for Nespresso pods and build-in water + milk tanks that could make different typed of coffee). It would have been great to supplement these machines with other more reliable coffee machines (eg. for simple black coffee). It was also not helpful that the dining room staffs were not as friendly, I inquired about milk in the coffee machines and was just told to get milk from a nearby thermos. Well what's the fancy coffee machines are for then? Definitely regret booking the rooms with breakfast here.

The location was great, right in front of a metro station and at the heart of Avenida Paulista. The room was also clean, modern, and stocked with good-quality amenities. Despite a little hiccup due to administrative mix-up on the hotel's end, check in was still a pleasant experience as the staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hell. The dining room was small and the tables were laid out so tightly it looks like a school canteen. Because of the size and the number of people at a time, it's always so loud. During breakfast, it was so busy and you could not avoid bumping into another guest or staff. The 2 coffee machines were also malfunctioning most of the time so there's always a line of upset guests at a time in the middle of the dining room. It wasn't helpful that the staffs were not as friendly as those in the check in desk.

Very central location, great helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I understand this can be subjective, but for me, it was way to hard and not easy to sleep on. While the pool area was nice, the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, which was not enjoyable. The jets did not appear to be working properly.

Great location Needs better bed sheets

Great location Could have better housekeeping and bed sheets

The beds were okay but not particularly comfortable. The rooms are generic with no charm. This I expected but thought the trade off would be a more comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, but our lunch looked far better than it tasted. Of course, there are far better option for lunch nearby.

Boring breakfast which is common here

The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall facilities—including the pool, gym, and spa—added to the high-end experience. The staff were professional and helpful, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable hotel that offers a touch of luxury in a very central location—ideal for both relaxing and exploring São Paulo. Everything was nice

Very mediocre for 4 stars. Beds were too hard. Breakfast wasn’t great

The room was too small for 3 people

• Location: Convenient and well-situated. • Staff: Some staff members were friendly and helpful, particularly a great bartender who spoke English. • Welcome Gesture: Received welcome sweets accompanied by a personal note, which was a nice touch. • Room Cleaning: The cleaning service was thorough and well-maintained. • Staff Attitude: Mixed experiences; while some staff were friendly, others were rude and unhelpful. Notably, there was a front desk staff member who seemed to profile me, questioning my status as a guest. • Food Quality: The food was decent but overpriced. • Pool Size: The pool is quite narrow, only suitable for about two people. • Language Barrier: Difficulty in ordering at the bar due to some staff’s limited English proficiency. • Room Comfort: The bed was acceptable, but the pillows could be improved.

Place of the hotel were excellent cause it locate on the main and famous street on saupaulo Everything was great actually cause most pf the people were helpfull

I really enjoyed the location and facilities. It was the second time we stayed there and it seems like the hotel is better than before. The breakfast was OK as before: the space is a bit crowded and the options are not bad but feels like it could be better. Also the pillows are too soft.

Everything

Location, cleanness, kids space. The bedrooms main doors are very loudly when you close. This makes the sleeping time not comfortable and very noisy. Some cleaning staff were knocking the door no stop to clean at 8:00am.
