Room was clean and organized, the staff was amazingly helpful and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was not what I expected consodering previous stays at Quality, the safe in the room didn't work and it was somewhat noisy.

Pool was not clean, filtration system seemed not to be running. Steam room was not running. Room was very basic for price, did not match pictures. Room was open to lobby and therefore very noisy.

The bed. was very comfortable The pool area is ugly. The aircon in my room (1211) did not work properly. Overall rather poor value for money

Was in a nice part of the city, with lots of bars and restaurants very close by In places it looked tired. The room was not the standard we expected

It’s conveniently located Not very clean… the coffee machine comes with 2 pods per stay, not per day!!! Which means if you stay for a week, you only get 2 pods. It’s a joke… so is water….

Large room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was also good. Room is a bit dated and the floor looks damaged. Water flow from the shower was small but still okay.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, good location and amazing gym Very noisy. Asked to have a quiet room on higher floors but were put on level 4. Couldn’t stay there due to intense and unhealthy smell of renovation. Were put on level 1 with noisy machines from the building next to the hotel. Reception said there’s no other room available - but online you could still book several rooms for the same night. Disappointed since we paid a lot of money

The location and the room was good . Also the breakfast was really good There are no kettle and coffee in the room . The only way to have a coffee need to ordered When I asked about kettle they told me this is only for VIP room which can’t understand how the kettle make the room VIP

The staff (especially Marcos at the front desk) was extremely accommodating, patient, and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location, offers nice amenities, and has a good breakfast each morning. The shower in the room was very good quality.

Location is near beach but far from city centre Not direct beach access (it is through the streets) Hotel charges guest for parking.
