San Raphael Hotel

O quarto foi recém reformado. A cama é muito confortável. Banheiro tem banheira. Embora o aplicativo tenha "Estacionamento livre" marcado, a vaga é contratada por mais R$ 38 a diária. Isso deveria estar melhor explicado. Quando. Você faz a busca filtrando (Free Parking) eles apresentam esse hotel. Chegando lá você descobre que ainda vai ter que pagar pela vaga. O banheiro, embora reformado apresentava alguns vazamentos, a água escorria da banheira para o chão, a torneira foi instalada muito distante da bacia, e também escorria... Mas de uma forma geral a estadia foi agradável e a localização é muito boa, bem centralizado.

Big room, plenty of space

The hotel is quite run down. The first thing I saw when I went in was a giant mold mark on the wall next to the door. The carpet looked dirty, so I kept my shoes on at all times, the balcony could use a power wash. The towels were rough and thin. The bathtub is yelling for a recoat. All these things made me suspicious about the overall cleanliness

It's a nice hotel, good room and bathroom, large bed, minibar, laptop safe box, good cleaning. Its height and good location is something to come back for (book high floor!). Several nice bars and restaurants just downstairs and across the green square. I recommend The Best Market across the square - a convenience store to buy whatever you need. The slowest checking-in ever. I guess they have to fill some huge form or smth. Basic breakfast, unripe fruit, disgusting coffee. Our balcony door was broken. Nobody came to fix it.

The property provided good value for money, especially in relation to the price we paid. The property is located in an area that feels unsafe, with many beggars on the surrounding streets. Additionally, the reception staff did not speak English, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all.

Excellent breakfast and location. Very authentic São Paulo experience in old downtown. A bit outdated facilities but very comfortable beds.

Fantastic breakfast selection (best scrambled eggs during my whole trip), quiet room, great location, very comfortable king sized bed, nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood, good room service, bathtub (instead of just a shower) was appreciated, later than normal checkout time (12PM) Bathtub was extremely worn and scratched, nothing like the photos, still appreciated it and the shower was nice. Very limited exercise room, only two pieces of equipment. Walls and doors had lots of marks on them, needs new paint.

The hotel has a lot of great qualities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed that made resting a real pleasure. The location is convenient, and the facilities overall are modern and well-kept, which really added to the experience. The room size and bed were absolutely amazing – very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making the stay pleasant in terms of accommodation. However, the security at the entrance was extremely disappointing. Each time I returned to the hotel, both I and my guest were over-checked in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. To make things worse, the hotel charges a R$100 fee for visitors, and it honestly seemed like security staff might be benefiting from this, which left a very negative impression. While the facilities are great, the guest experience is seriously impacted by these security practices.

Its staff and service are excellent. 100% value for money. The location is excellent, that is, for those like me who enjoys staying in São Paulo city centre - Galeria do Rock, Farol Santander, the 'historical triangle', cultural centres, cafés - all within easy walking distance. Metro stations nearby. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are very good. -

Big room with balcony and nice city view. Everything was fine.

The area is run down in the old downtown Sao Paulo.... there are lots of policeman around the hotel outside in the street to protect the people. The hotel inside is outdated and needs renovation, but the breakfast has lots of different varieties to choose from and are freshly made and delicious, the restaurant manager works hard to provide a great breakfast experience. I really enjoyed their breakfast. The shower was great.... the beds comfy and the blankets fresh from the laundry and still had their plastic bags on. Maybe some renovation

Excellent Breakfast from 6 AM ! Hotel situated near Plaza República (Metro) and near Airport Shuttle. Supermarkets everywhere. Helpful staff 24 hours. Large rooms with good views.
